4. Indawo Nempawu Zokulima:

  • Isimo sezulu nendawo: Isimo sezulu esishisayo esinomswakama se-monsoon. 5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:

Ukukhiqizwa kwe-Zīxī Báichá kuhluke ngokuncane futhi kubhekiswe ekulondolozweni okukhulu kobuncane nesimo se-amino acid:

  1. Ukuvuna (鲜叶采摘, xiānyè cǎizhāi): Ukuvuna ngesandla kwamahlumela amhlophe athambile ngesikhathi se-albino yezigaba.

6. Izimpawu Zokunambitha:

  • Isimo seqabunga elomile ngaphandle: Izingcezu zetiye ezinhle, ezime mpo-zinde noma ezicabalele kancane.   • Iphunga lomgoqo: Lisha, lihlanzekile, linenothi elilula lezimbali kanye nephimbo “loboya” elibonakalayo. Iphunga lihle, alinamandla, livezwa kancane kancane.
  • Ukunambitheka: Ukusha okukhethekile (鲜爽, xiānshuǎng) — umphumela wokuqukethwe okuphezulu ngokungavamile kwama-amino acid (6–12%); ubumnene, ukugoqa okuminyene (醇厚, chúnhòu) ngaphandle kobumuncu noma ukutheza; ukunambitheka okumnandi okuhlanzekile (甘甜, gāntián), okuvela kancane futhi okuhlala isikhathi eside.

7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

  • Ama-amino acid (kuhlanganisa ne-L-theanine): Ukuqukethwe kwama-amino acid akhululekile — 6–12% (kuhlobo olukhethekile ≥ 6.5%), okuphindwe izikhathi ezi-2–3 kunamazinga ajwayelekile etiye eliluhlaza. I-L-theanine — iyona amino acid ehamba phambili — yakha ubumnandi obuyi-“umami” futhi inikeze umphumela omuhle wokuphumula.
  • I-Polyphenol (i-catechin): Ukuqukethwe kulinganiselwe — kungaphansi kunamatiye aluhlaza ajwayelekile, okuchaza cishe ukungabi bikho ngokuphelele kobumuncu nokutheza.   • Amavithamini: I-Vithamini C, amavithamini eqembu B — asempahleni eluhlaza esesimweni esisha sasentwasahlobo.
  • Amaminerali: I-potassium, i-manganese, i-zinc, i-fluoride — ngamanani ajwayelekile etiye eliluhlaza.
  • I-Chlorophyll: Ngesikhathi sobumhlophe, ukuqukethwe kwe-chlorophyll kwehla kakhulu (ngakho-ke kuvela umbala omhlophe); njengoba izinga lokushisa likhuphuka, izinga le-chlorophyll liyabuyiselwa futhi iqabunga liba luhlaza.

8. Izakhiwo Ezinomusa:

  1. Ukwesekwa okuqinisiwe kokuzivikela komzimba: Ukuqukethwe okuphezulu ngokungavamile kwama-amino acid — ngokwezinye izilinganiselo, amandla okukhuthaza ukuzivikela komzimba aphindwe kabili kunetiye eliluhlaza elijwayelekile.
  2. Ukuvikelwa kwe-antioxidant: Ama-catechin nama-amino acid asebenza ngokuhlanganyela, anikeze ukwesekwa okuphelele kwe-antioxidant.
  3. Umphumela omuhle wokuqabula: Ikhefi kanye nokuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-L-theanine kudala ukuvuka okulinganayo nokuzolile ngaphandle kokukhathazeka.
  4. Ukwesekwa kokusebenza kwe-lipid ne-carbohydrate: I-Polyphenol nama-amino acid kunomthelela ohlangene wokulawula emazingeni e-cholesterol ne-glucose.

  • Inani letiye: 3 g emanzini angu-150 ml (isilinganiso 1:50).
  • Isitsha: Ingilazi yeglasi — iyindlela enhle yokubuka ukuvuleka kwamahlumela amhlophe qhwa nombala ojade womgoqo. I-gaiwan yobumba — ingenye indlela esebenza yonke.
  • Inqubo:
    1. Fudumeza ingilazi noma i-gaiwan ngamanzi abilayo.
    2. Thela itiye (3 g).
    3. Gegcwalisela amanzi (85–90 °C).
    4. Ukucwiliswa kokuqala — imizuzu emi-5 (kwingilazi; e-gaiwan — imizuzwana engama-60–90).
    5. Phuza uze ufike ezingeni elilodwa kwezintathu, bese ugcwalisa amanzi; ukucwilisa okulandelayo ngakunye kuncishiswe ngemizuzwana engama-30.
    6. Itiye elisezingeni elihle likwazi ukumelana nokugcwaliswa oku-4–5.

Enye indlela (yetiye eligugile): 10 g wetiye ngomthamo wamanzi, kubiliswe, kuphekwe imizuzu emi-3, uma kunesidingo, kufakwe ushukela we-lollipop bese kupholiswa — indlela yendabuko yokulungiselela umphumela wokwehlisa izinga lokushisa komzimba.

10. Ukulondolozwa:

  • Izimo: Ukupakishwa okuvaliwe (isikhwama se-aluminium esinokuchofoza kokukhipha umoya ngaphakathi kwethini elingachaziwe noma lamathini). Ukuvikelwa ekukhanyeni, emswakameni nasemaphungeni angaphandle.
  • Izinga lokushisa: 0–5 °C (iqandisi lesithandwe) ukuze kulondolozwe isikhathi eside. Ungawuvuli umphako ususuka esiqandisini ngokushesha — yeka imizuzu eyi-15–20 uze ufinyelele izinga lokushisa lasekhaya. Ungagcini eduze kwemikhiqizo enephunga elinamandla.
  • Isikhathi: Isikhathi sokuqina — kuze kube yizinyanga eziyi-12 esiqandisini. Ukuze uthole ukunambitheka okuhle — phakathi kwezinyanga ezi-2. Ukuze kulondolozwe isikhathi esifushane (kuze kube yizinyanga ezi-2) kuvumelekile ukugcinwa endaweni epholile emnyameni ezingeni lokushisa lasekhaya.

  • Ungawagwema kanjani amanyuvesi:
