  • Inhlabathi: Kuningi inhlabathi ebomvu-namhlophe e-lateritic (红黄壤, hóng huáng rǎng) enempendulo ene-asidi (pH 4.5–6.0). Kubonakala ukwanda kwezakhi ezincane — i-selenium (Se) ne-zinc (Zn), okuyinto enomthelela kumaminerali wokunambitheka. I-Yīzhīchūn iwumkhiqizo wenqubo yokukhiqiza enezigaba ezimbili. Esigabeni sokuqala, kusuka eqabungeni elisha, kwenziwa umkhiqizo oyingxube (毛茶, máo chá) ngokusebenzisa ubuchwepheshe be-oolong bendabuko baseMinnan.   • Ukunyakazisa / 摇青 — yáoqīng: Uchungechunge lwemijikelezo ethi “ukunyakazisa — ukuphumula” (重摇青, zhòng yáoqīng — ukunyakazisa okugcizelelwe kakhulu, okuyisici salolu chwepheshe).   • Ukosiwa Ngamalahle / 炭焙 — tàn bèi: Ukukosa kokugcina phezu kwamalahle okhuni emazingeni okushisa angagqiki ku-60 °C. Ukushisa okuhamba kancane nokunezinga eliphansi “kuyawuvala” iphunga elimnandi, kunciphise ubumunyu futhi kunikeze oketshezini ukujula nobukhazikhazi.   • Iphunga Loketshezi: Ubumnandi bezimbali obuhlanzekile (清香, qīngxiāng) obukhula bube nezinto ezihle zezithelo — iplamu evuthiwe, ibhilikosi. Kulezo ezikosiwe — isisekelo se-nutty-caramel nokunambitheka okuyoju. Iphunga lihlala likhona ezikhathini eziningi zokulinganisa futhi ibonakala kahle kusembozo se-gaiwan.
  • Ukunambitheka: Ubushelelezi (醇厚, chúnhòu), buqinile ngokusesilinganisweni, ngokulinganisela okucacile kobumnandi nobusha (鲜爽, xiānshuǎng).   • Indawo Engaphansi Kwetiye (Ihlamvu Elenziwe): Amahlamvu avulekile amnyama ngokunsundu anezindawo eziluhlaza okomnqumo (乌褐带绿, wūhè dài lǜ), athambile futhi anwebekile, anemiphetho ebushelelezi. Ukufana okuhle kwehlamvu kufakazela ukuhlanganiswa nokuhlungwa kwezinga eliphezulu.

7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

  • I-Polyphenols: Okuqukethwe ehlamvini elisha — okungenani ama-25% (ngokwezinga lezinto zokusetshenziswa). 8. Izinzuzo Ezingaba Khona:
