Igama:
- “Zhangping” (漳平) igama ledolobha elikhiqizayo. - Ukuvuna: Ukuvuna okuyinhloko kwasentwasahlobo (Ephreli – Meyi); futhi kungenzeka nokuvuna ekwindla. Itiye lasentwasahlobo libaluleke kakhulu ngenxa yomsoco onqwabelene ebusika.

4. Indawo Nezici Zokutshalwa:

- Inhlabathi: Kugcwele inhlabathi ebomvu-ephuzi eyi-laterite (红黄壤, hóng huáng rǎng) ene-asidi (pH 4,5–6,0), enamazinga aphezulu ezinto eziphilayo (≥ 6,01%), ecebile ngamachembe amancane — i-selenium ne-zinc. Isizinda sokukhiqiza siyindawo evikelwe amanzi: lapha akuvunyelwe ukusetshenziswa kukakhamba noma izibulala-zinambuzane, kusetshenziswa uhlelo lwe-ekholoji oluthi “ukufuya izingulube — i-biogas — itiye” (猪-沼-茶).
5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:
Ubuchwepheshe beZhangping Shui Xian buhlanganisa izindlela zaseNyakatho yeFujian (“ukuvutshelwa okunzima”) kanye naseNingizimu yeFujian (“ukuvutshelwa okulula”) wawulong futhi sifaka isigaba esiyingqayizivele — ukucindezela emafomeni okhuni. Lonke uhlelo lwenziwa kusetshenziswa amathuluzi oqalo nokhuni, angathintani nensimbi ukuvimbela i-oxidation.
- Ukuvuna / 采青 — cǎiqīng: Amahlumela angaphezulu avunwa ngesikhathi sezulu elicacile futhi alethwe ngokushesha efemini, kugwenywa ukushisa ngokweqile nokulimala komshini.

- Ukubumba nokucindezela / 造型 — zàoxíng (kuhlanganisa ukubumba nokuqinisa): Isigaba esiyingqayizivele. - Ukuhlelwa / 分级 — fēnjí: Amabhulokhi aseqediwe ahlelwa ngekhwalithi abe amakilasi amathathu aphambili.
6. Izici Zengqondo Nezinzwa:
- Isimo sangaphandle seqabunga elomile: Amabhulokhi aminyene ayizikwele (方形, fāngxíng) anesisindo esisuka ku-5 kuya ku-15 g, esongwe ngobunono ngephepha. Ingaphezulu liyisicaba, liyisicaba. Umbala weqabunga elomile uluhlaza okotshani okumnyama onomthunzi onsundu ngokuphuzi, ofana nombala kabhanana ovuthiwe (似香蕉色). - Ukunambitheka: Kugcwele, kuthambile, 醇爽 (chún shuǎng) — “kuhlanzekile futhi kuyaqabulana”, kanyekanye kuthambile futhi kuphilile (鲜灵活泼, xiānlíng huópō). Ubukrakra nobuthuntu kuncane kakhulu. - Isisekelo setiye (iqabunga elenziwe itiye): Amaqabunga amakhulu, anamafutha, athambile futhi acwebezelayo (肥厚软亮). “Umphetho obomvu” (红边, hóng biān) oyingqayizivele — umphumela we-oxidation yemiphetho. Umzila omkhulu ubanzi futhi uphuzi (主脉宽黄). Umbala usuka koluhlaza okuphuzi kuya konsundu oyikhopha.
7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:
- Ama-Polyphenol: Isilinganiso ezintweni ezintsha — okungenani 25,0% (ngokwezinga). Amelelwa ama-catechin nemikhiqizo ye-oxidation yawo eyingxenye. - Amavithamini: UVithamini C, amavithamini eqembu B (B₁, B₂), UVithamini E, UVithamini K.
- Amaminerali: I-Potassium (K), i-Magnesium (Mg), i-Manganese (Mn), i-Iron (Fe), i-Fluoride (F). Inhlabathi yesifunda icebile nge-selenium (Se) ne-zinc (Zn), okuvela kumphrofayili wamaminerali wetiye.
- Amafutha Abalulekile: Abangela iphunga lezimbali eliqinile. Ukwakheka kuhlanganisa i-nerol, i-linalool, i-geraniol kanye nama-esters azo — abathwali abajwayelekile bephrofayili ye-“orchid”.
- Izici: Umsebenzi wokulwa ne-antioxidant weZhangping Shui Xian, ngokusho kwemithombo yaseShayina, uphindwe izikhathi eziyi-18 ngaphezu kokusebenza kukaVitamini E emandleni okuqeda ama-radical akhululekile.
8. Izinzuzo Zezempilo:
- Umphumela wokuqabula ngokuthamba: Inhlanganisela ye-caffeine ne-L-theanine inikeza ukuphaphama ngaphandle kokuqhuma okusheshayo: i-L-theanine ithambisa umphumela we-caffeine, yakha isimo sokuhlushwa okunokuthula.

9. Ukunikezwa:

- IWuyishan Shui Xian (武夷水仙, Wǔyí Shuǐxiān): ‘Isihlobo’ esiseduze ngokomhlwenga.
