4. Indawo Yezwe Nezici Zokutshalwa:

  • Imvelo: Izimo “zasendle” ngokuphelele: ngaphandle komquba, izibulala-zinambuzane, nokunisela. Izihlahla zikhona endaweni yemvelo yehlathi.   • Iphunga lekasi elomile: Lithambile, linoshukela, linesithelo nembali, linezimpawu ze-melon, cucumber, ngezinye izikhathi — namanothi amancane amajikijolo (amabhilikosi, amajikijolo) noma ama-vanilla.

  • Ukunambitheka: Kumnene kakhulu, bushelelezi, obusilika, ngaphandle kokubaba nokomiswa. Ubumnandi bemvelo bugqamile — obunjenge-melon, obunamathoni ezithelo ezivuthiwe ezinamatshe (amabhilikosi, iplamu). Ubumninzi obuncane.   • Umbala womhluzi: Kusuka kokhanyayo okucacile okunethoni elincane eliphuzi kuye osagolide, ngezinye izikhathi — okunombala omncane obomvana (ngama-anthocyanin ancibilikile). I-pH yomhluzi ithinta umbala: endaweni ene-acid encane — ubomvana, endaweni ephakathi — usagolide.

  • Isizinda setiye: Amahlumela amakhulu, avulekile anombala onsomi. Athambile, anenyama. Ubungako besiqephu sekasi — bukhulu kakhulu kunamachalaha amhlophe aseFujian.

7. Ukuhlelwa Kwamakhemikhali:

Ubungqayizivele baleli tiye — inhlanganisela yamakhemikhali ezinto zasendle zaseYunnan ezinamaqabunga amakhulu, ukuguquka okunsomi, nokusebenza okuncane:

8. Izinzuzo Zezempilo:

  • Zǐjuān Bái Chá (紫娟白茶): Itiye elimhlophe elivela ku-cultivar i-Zǐjuān. Libaba kakhulu, umhluzi — ugqamile nsomi. Izinto zasemasimini, ezikloni. I-Yúnnán Yěshēng Zǐyá Báichá — imnandi, ijule, ibiza futhi iyivelakancane kakhulu.

  • Zǐ Yá Shēng Pǔ’ěr (紫芽生普洱): I-shēng pǔ’ěr evela ezintweni ezifanayo ezinsomi, kodwa ngokulungiswa (shaqing) nokusontwa.
