4. Indawo (Terroir) kanye Nezici Zokulima:

5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:
Ubuchwepheshe bokukhiqiza buthobela izindlela zakudala zokwenza itiye elimhlophe futhi buhloselwe ukugcina isimo sangempela nesokwethuka kwezinto ezingavuthiwe. Ukucutshungulwa kuncane kakhulu — azikho izigaba zokuqinisa (杀青, shāqīng), ukusonga, noma ukucutshungulwa ngezinga lokushisa eliphezulu.

6. Izici Zokuzwa Ngezinzwa:
- Ukubukeka kweqabunga elomile: Zinkulu, ziqondile, ziyizimbaza ezinamanzi ezinobude obungu-2–3 cm, ezimbozwe kakhulu ngoboya obumhlophe-njengosiliva. Umbala uyahluka kusuka kobumhlophe-njengosiliva kuya kobuluhlaza okotshani ngokukhazimula kwesiliva. Isimo siyinsalela, esivumelana negama elithi “izinaliti zesiliva”.
- Iphunga leqabunga elomile: Iyancipha, intambama, iyababa, inamaphunga amancane ezimbali (i-orchid, i-magnolia), imixube emincane yezithelo, kanye nethoni encane yasehlathini — “umoya wehlathi lasendle” ohlukanisa izinto ezingavuthiwe ze-C. taliensis ezimweni ezitshaliwe.
- Iphunga lomgqumo: Iyathandeka, imsulwa, icacile, inamaphunga amakhulu ezimbali zasentwasahlobo, utshani bezizimele, nobumnandi obuncane bezinyosi. Njengoba umgqumo uphola, kuvela izinhlobonhlobo ezinokunambitheka okufana namantongomane nekhele le-wax.
- Ukunambitheka: Kumnene kakhulu, bushelelezi, okuncengayo. Ubumnandi bendalo bugqame kakhulu kunasezinye izinhlobo zase-Fujian. 7. Ukwakhiwa Kwamakhemikhali:
Ukwakheka kwamakhemikhali kwe-Camellia taliensis kuhlukile kwe-C. sinensis, okuyinto eyenza izici eziyingqayizivele zetiye zokuzwa ngezwa:
- Ama-Polyphenol: Isamba sama-polyphenol setiye siphansi kancane kunasezindaweni ezitshaliwe ze-C. sinensis, kodwa kunenhlanganisela eyingqayizivele ya-catechin, okuhlanganisa i-EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate). 8. Izinzuzo Ezisemqoka:

9. Ukuphisa:

- I-Yue Guang Bai (月光白, Yuèguāng Bái): “Ubumhlophe Benyanga” — itiye elimhlophe lase-Yunnan, evame ukwenziwa nge-Jinggu Da Bai Cha, ngezikhathi ezimbalwa nge-C. taliensis.
