4. I-Terroir Nezici Zokulima:

Isifunda nomumo wendawo: Izintaba zase-Fènghuángshān enyakatho-mpumalanga ye-Cháozhōu, ukuphakama okukhulu — 1 497,8 m (isiqongo se-Fènghuángdǐng, 凤凰顶). Umumo wendawo — imithambeka emincanyana yezintaba, imifula ejulile, ehlukaniswe yimifudlana yezintaba. Inhlabathi: Ekuphakameni okungaphezu kwama-400 m — inhlabathi ephuzi nebomvu (黄壤, 红壤), i-pH 4,5–6,5, isendlalelo esijulile, izinga eliphezulu le-organic (3,8–4,3%) kanye nohla olubanzi lwezakhi eziyinsiza. 5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:
I-Fènghuáng dāncóng ihluke kuma-ulung ase-Fujian naseTaiwan ngezici ezimbili eziyinhloko: ukusongwa ngobude (hhayi okuyi-sphere) kanye nokugazingwa ekugcineni okujulile okulandelwa “ukuphumula nokuvuthwa” (退火熟化, tuìhuǒ shúhuà). Ukuphumula nokuvuthwa / 退火熟化 — tuìhuǒ shúhuà: Ngemva kokugazinga, itiye liphunyulwa izinsuku ezingaba ngu-15 ukuze “lipholiswe” umlilo futhi iphunga livuthwe. Ngemva kwalokhu kuphela umlingiswa wangempela we-Yùlán Xiāng uvela. Iphunga leqabunga elomile: Lincane, lipholile, lihlanzekile. “Alimemezi” ku-cháhè (茶荷) — livezwa lapho isitsha sifudumele. I-motif eyaziwayo: i-magnolia emhlophe enomsindo oluhlaza, onamanzi kancane.

Iphunga lomhluzi: Isici esiyinhloko — ubumsulwa “nokuphaphatheka”. Iphunga lemvelo le-magnolia emhlophe (玉兰花香清幽馥郁): limnandi, alinasisindo, liyakhula ngokusakazwa ngakunye. Iphunga aligcobi, kodwa lintanta phezu kwenkomishi, lingena emlonyeni futhi lihlala phansi engilazini engenalutho (杯底香, bēidǐ xiāng). Umbala womhluzi: Uphuzi ngokukhanya okusagolide (淡黄明亮, dàn huáng míngliàng), ucacile, obale. Ngaphandle kokufipheka noma amathoni abomvu (ngokungafani nama-Mìlánxiāng noma ama-Huángzhīxiāng ane-oxidation eyengeziwe).

Indawo yetiye (iqabunga elishisiwe): Amaqabunga amakhulu aphelele anehlumela eligciniwe. Isici sakudala: “isiqu esiluhlaza, isikhungo esiluhlaza, isikhwama esibomvu” (青蒂绿腹红镶边). I-plastilini inwebeka, icwebezele ngamafutha, inamachashaza abomvu acacile emaphethelweni anamazinyo.
7. Ukwakheka Kwekhemikhali:

I-Yāshǐ Xiāng Dāncóng (鸭屎香单丛, Yāshǐ Xiāng Dāncóng, eyaziwa nangokuthi i-Yínhuā Xiāng / 银花香): I-dāncóng “esemfashinini” kakhulu eminyakeni yakamuva, enephunga elinamandla le-honeysuckle. Inamandla, imnandi futhi “iwugqinsi”, inethoni yobusi egqamile. I-Yùlán Xiāng — ingukuphikiswa kwayo ngesitayela: lapho i-Yāshǐ Xiāng ithatha ngamandla, i-Yùlán Xiāng yenza ngokuthula.
