4. Isimo Sendawo Nokukhethekile Kokulima:

  • Umkhandlu wedolobha wase-Yingde usendaweni esenyakatho yesifundazwe sase-Guangdong, emthambekeni oseningizimu wezintaba ze-Nanling (南岭, Nánlǐng), emfuleni ophakathi we-Beijiang. Umswakama ophezulu (78–82%), ukukhanya okuningi okusabalalisiwe, namahora awanele elanga (1600–1800 h/ngonyaka). 5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:

I-Inde Hongcha ikhiqizwa ngobuchwepheshe obujwayelekile betiye elibomvu bohlobo lwe-orthodox (工夫红茶, gōngfu hóngchá).   • Ukusonga (揉捻, róuniǎn): Kwenziwa ngamarola ngemijikelezo eminingana ngokukhula kwengcindezi. Inhloso ukucekela phansi izindonga zamangqamuzana, ukuvumela ukuphuma kwejusi phezu kweqabunga, nokuqalisa i-oxidation enamandla.   • Ukubila (发酵, fājiào): Izinto ezisongiwe zendlalwa endaweni enezinga lokushisa elilawulwayo (25–30°C) nomswakama ophezulu (ngaphezu kuka-90%). Ukubila kuthatha amahora angu-3–5. Ngenxa yokuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-polyphenol ku-Ying Hong No. 9 (kufinyelela ku-34%), ukubila kuqhubeka ngamandla, kwakhe umbala ogcwele wezinto eziphuzwayo nephunga elimnandi. 6. Izici Zokunambitheka:

7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

  • Ama-alkaloid: I-caffeine — 4.35% yesisindo esomile seqabunga elisha (ingaphezulu kwesilinganiso samatiye abomvu), okubangela umphumela oqinile wokuvuselela nobuqine. I-theobromine ne-theophylline zikhona ngamanani amancane.
  • Izinto ezikhipheka emanzini: 41.25% — inkomba encike “ukugcwala” nobuqine bezinto eziphuzwayo.
  • Ama-catechin: 152.13 mg/g eqabungeni elisha.
  • Amafutha abalulekile nezinhlanganisela ezinephunga: Phakathi kwezakhi ezishisayo, kubusa i-linalool nama-oxide ayo; i-terpene index (萜烯指数) ifinyelela ku-0.938 — inkomba ephakeme ngendlela emangalisayo ekhombisa ukuthambekela kofuzo kohlobo ukudala iphunga lezimbali elimnandi.
  • Amavithamini: C (ingxenye), B₁, B₂, PP, E, K.
  • Amaminerali: I-Potassium, i-magnesium, i-manganese, i-fluoride, i-zinc, i-iron, i-selenium. Umhlabathi we-karst wase-Yingde unothisa itiye nge-calcium ne-strontium.

8. Izinzuzo Zezempilo:

  • Umphumela oqinile wokuvuselela: Okuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-caffeine (okungaphezulu kunamatiye amaningi abomvu) kuhlangene ne-L-theanine kunikeza amandla, kodwa “uhlanzekile” ngaphandle kokuthuthumela noma ukushaya kwenhliziyo okusheshayo.

  • Umsebenzi we-antioxidant: Ucwaningo lukhombise ukuthi i-Ying Hong No. 9 inomsebenzi ophakeme kakhulu we-antioxidant uma iqhathaniswa namanye amatiye amaningi abomvu, ngenxa yokuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-theaflavin ne-thearubigin.

  • Umphumela wokuvikela ubuchopho: I-L-theanine ikhuthaza ukukhiqizwa kwe-serotonin ne-dopamine, ithuthukise isimo somoya nokusebenza kwengqondo.

9. Ukuphuza:

  • Izinga lokushisa lamanzi: 90–95°C. I-Ying Hong No. 9 inesakhiwo esinamandla futhi ibekezelela amanzi ashisayo kahle.
  • Inani letiye: 5 g nge-150 ml (indlela ye-gongfu); 3 g nge-200 ml (iketela laseYurophu noma inkomishi).
