7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:
Isimo samakhemikhali se-Yín Jùn Méi sisondelene ne-Jīn Jùn Méi, ngokulungiselelwa ukuba khona kweqabunga: kukhuphuke kancane okuqukethwe kwe-polyphenol ne-caffeine, kwehle kancane ukugcwala kwama-amino acid (ngemuva kokubalwa kwesisindo esomile).

- Amaminerali: ~30 izakhi. Okuyinhloko: i-potassium, i-phosphorus, i-calcium, i-magnesium, i-iron, i-manganese, i-fluorine. Ama-microelement: i-zinc, i-copper, i-selenium.

8. Izinzuzo:

- Inqubo:
- Ukufudumeza izitsha: Geza i-gaiwan, i-chahai nezinkomishi ngamanzi abilayo.
- Ukugcwalisa itiye: Beka u-4–5 g e-gaiwan efudumele. Hlaziya iphunga leqabunga elomile.

13. Ukuqhathaniswa namanye Amatiye Abomvu:
- Jīn Jùn Méi (金骏眉, Jīn Jùn Méi): “Umfowabo omdala” — eyenziwe ngamahlumela kuphela. Inobuhle obuthe xaxa, imunandi, “inomoya”, ingenabo ubumuncu obuncane. Umbala womuthi ugcwele kakhulu (osagolide-olintshi). Intengo iphakeme kakhulu. I-Yín Jùn Méi uma iqhathaniswa — inesakhiwo esithe xaxa, inobumuncu obulula ‘nomzimba’ omkhulu.
- Tóng Jùn Méi / Chìgān (铜骏眉 / 赤甘): “Umfowabo omncane” — ihlumela elilodwa elinamahlamvu amabili. Inamandla kakhulu, inobumuncu obubonakalayo, imnyama ngombala womuthi. Iphunga — linamanothi e-caramel nezithelo. Iyona efinyeleleka kalula kakhulu kulo chungechunge.
- Zhèng Shān Xiǎo Zhǒng (正山小种, Zhèng Shān Xiǎo Zhǒng): “Ukhokho” walo lonke uchungechunge. Ikhiqizwa ngamaqabunga avuthiwe kakhudlwana, ngokwesiko ibhenywa ngezinkuni zikaphayini. Ukunambitheka kuqinile, kunenothi ‘lentuthu’ elivelele (ezingxenyeni ezibhenyiwe) noma i-caramel-malt (ezingabhenywa). I-Yín Jùn Méi — iyisimo esihle kakhulu futhi “esihlanzekile” kakhulu.
- Diānhóng Jīn Yá (滇红金芽, Diānhóng Jīn Yá): Itiye elibomvu lase-Yúnnán elenziwe ngamahlumela ezinhlobonhlobo ezinamaqabunga amakhulu (var. assamica). Linamandla, ligcwele, linesimo se-chocolate nesinongo. I-Yín Jùn Méi — inobuhle obuncane, ilula, igxile ekuphatheni kahle kwezimbali nobulongwe.
Ekuphetheni:
I-Yín Jùn Méi itiye elikwazi ukupha ngaphandle kokulahlekelwa ubukhosi. Iqabunga elilodwa elithambile, elengezwe ehlumela, linikeza itiye umzimba omncane, isakhiwo esithe xaxa, ukujula okuthe xaxa — futhi ngesikhathi esifanayo ligcina bonke ubuhle obubodwa obunjengobulongwe nezimbali bezintaba eziyisiqiwu i-Tóngmù. Kulabo abazisa ibhalansi yobuhle nokugcwala, i-Yín Jùn Méi — mhlawumbe iyona mpendulo enembe kakhulu.
