4. I-Terroir kanye Nezici Ezikhethekile Zokutshalwa:

5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:
I-Yāntái Lǜchá ikhiqizwa ngobuchwepheshe obuhlanganisiwe obuhlukahluka kuye ngesimo somkhiqizo wokugcina. Isici esihlukile — ukuqhunyiswa kokugcina ngamalahle (木炭烘焙, mùtàn hōngbèi), okuletha itiye iphunga eliyingqayizivele «likabhontshisi othosiwe».

Ukuqhunyiswa ngamalahle / ukukhulisa iphunga (提香, tí xiāng): Isigaba sokugcina — ukufudumeza phezu kwamalahle ezinkuni (木炭烘焙). Lobu ubuchwepheshe bangempela bezingcweti zase-Yāntái, obuheha ithoni ejulile «yobhontshisi othosiwe» nokwelulwa kwesikhathi sokulondolozwa.

— Amatiye ayizicaba (扁形茶): Acindezelwe ngesandla, ayizicaba futhi aqondile, aluhlaza okotshani. Iphunga eligqamile likaphizi (豌豆香). Ingxenye ephakeme yamanani: 1 000–3 000 yuan/jīn.
— Amatiye asongwayo (卷曲形茶): Asongwe ngokuqinile abe ngumvunguza, aluhlaza omnyama anomkhume (墨绿起霜, mòlǜ qǐ shuāng). Iphunga le-castnut. Uhlu oluyinhloko: 400–800 yuan/jīn.
— Amatiye anezinaliti (针形茶): Azacile, aqondile, anoboya obumhlophe obuningi. Ukunambitheka okusha, okuthambile. Ibanga le-明前 — kusukela ku-800 yuan/jīn.
6. Izimpawu Ze-Organoleptic:

Ukubukeka kweqabunga elomile: Kuyahlukahluka ngesimo: asongwayo — imivunguzo eqinile, eluhlaza okomnyama enomkhume ophaphalazi; ayizicaba — agudle, aqondile, aluhlaza okotshani; anezinaliti — azacile, aqondile, anoboya obusiliva. Ukunambitheka: Kunamandla, kugcwele (醇厚, chúnhòu), nobumnandi obugqamile be-amino acid (鲜爽, xiānshuǎng). Ubumnandi — buhlala njalo, bude (回甘, huígān). Igxolo lokunambitheka — liphakathi nendawo nangaphezulu, liminyene ngokuphawulekayo kunamanye amatiye aluhlaza amaningi aseningizimu. Ukuqina okuhle: okuphindwayo oku-5 nangaphezulu.
