6. Izici Zokunambitha (Organoleptic):
Iphrofayili yokunambitha nephunga le-Ya Bao ingahluka kakhulu kuye ngemvelaphi yezitshalo zamagxolo, indawo yokuqoqwa, ukuphakama kokumila kanye nonyaka wokuvuna. Ngezansi kunezici ezivamile ze-Ya Bao esezingeni eliphakeme evela emagxolweni ezihlahla zetiye zasendle.
- Ukubukeka kweceketshisi elomile: Amagxolo aqinile, aqinile anomumo wekhoni noma we-spindle, afana nezingqamuzana ezincane, izimbali noma “ama-acorn”. Usayizi uhluka kusukela ku-5 mm kuye ku-1.5–2 cm. Ingaphezulu limbozwe ngezingqimba. Amanothi ezinkuni (i-sandalwood, i-cedar), izithelo ezomile (i-date, i-apricot eyomile), uju, izimbali zasendle, izinongo (i-cinnamon, i-clove). - Iphunga lokuphisa: Elicebile, elimnandi, elinamanothi agqamile ezinkuni, ezimbali nezithelo. Njengoba ukuchithwa kwamanzi kuqhubeka, kuvuleka imibala yoju nezinongo.
- Ukunambitheka: Okuthambile, okumnandi, okunomlingiswa ogqamile wezinkuni. Amanothi ezithelo (i-date, i-apricot eyomile, i-pear eyomile), uju, izimbali zasendle. Kungabakhona ukuncipha okuncane noma i-acidity emnene. Ukunambitheka okuhlala isikhathi eside, okumnandi, okuphetha ngezinkuni noju. - Insimbi yetiye (iceketshisi eligayiwe): Amagxolo, agcine umumo wawo, kodwa avuvuke kancane futhi athambe. Umbala — ngokunsundu, ngezinye izikhathi unomthunzi oluhlaza.
7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:
Ukwakheka kwamakhemikhali kwe-Ya Bao akucwaningwanga ngokwanele, okuwumphumela oqondile wokungaqiniseki ngemvelaphi yayo yezitshalo. - Gu Shu Bai Cha (古树白茶, Gǔshù Báichá): Itiye elimhlophe elivela emaqabungeni nasemagxolweni ezihlahla ezindala zetiye zase-Yunnan.
