4. I-terroir kanye Nezici Zokulinywa:

6. Izici Zezitho Zomzimba:

7. Ingxube Yezinto Zekhemikhali:
- Ama-Polyphenol (ama-catechin): Okuqukethwe kwama-polyphenol etiye kungu-25–30% wesisindo esomile — umkhombandlela ojwayelekile ezinhlotsheni ezinamaqabunga amakhulu ezindaweni ezishisayo. Okuqukethwe okuphezulu kwama-catechin kuqinisekisa izinto ezinamandla zokulwa nama-oxidant.
