  • Umthamo: 4–6 g ku-150–200 ml we-gaiwan/iketela; engilazini kungenziwa 2–3 g ku-200–250 ml.

  • Ukumnika amanzi: qala ngemizuzwana eyi-10–20, bese kancane kancane wandise isikhathi. Itiye elimhlophe elisezingeni eliphezulu limelana nokuphuza okuyi-5–8.

  • Izitsha: i-porcelain / ingilazi. Ingilazi ilungile uma ufuna ukubuka ukuvuleka kwehlamvu.

11. Intengo Namanga:

12. Amaqiniso Athakazelisayo:

  • Ukuba khona kwezinga T/XYCY 001—2024 — kuyinkomba yokuhlelwa kwesikhungo komkhiqizo: isifunda sinikeza izincazelo, izinhlobo, nezidingo zekhwalithi.

13. Amaphutha Ekupheni Nasekugcineni:

  • ukwandisa umthamo ngo-1–2 g;
  • ukukhuphula izinga lokushisa ngo-5 °C (noma, ngokuphambene, ukwehlisa ematiyeni amahlumela);
  • ukunciphisa isikhathi sokuphuza kokuqala bese unikeza ukuphuza okuningi ngokulandelana.

14. Ukucindezela Nokuguga:

15. Itiye Liguquka Kanjani Ngokuhamba Kwesikhathi:

0–12 izinyanga (okubizwa ngokuthi ‘i-Xin Cha’)

  • ukunambitheka kuyindilinga, ukubaba okucijile kuyancipha.

3–7 iminyaka (ngokuvamile lokho okubizwa ngemakethe ngokuthi ‘i-Lao Cha’)

  • ukwakheka kuba mnyama ngokusobala kube yisagolide-amber;
  • umugqa wezithelo ezomisiwe uyakhula, kuvela amanothi amakhambi nezithako;
  • izigaba zamahlamvu (i-Shou Mei) ziba namandla ‘njenge-compote’ ngokukhethekile.

7+ iminyaka

  • iphrofayeli iba yifudumele futhi ijulile: amakhambi omile, isihlahla, umhlathi/izambane elomile;
  • itiye livame ukulungela kakhulu ukupheka.

Kunesimo esisodwa: ukugcinwa okomile nokungabi bikho kwamaphunga. Ngokugcinwa okumanzi, ‘ubudala’ buguquka bube yiphutha (isikhutha/i-asidi).

  • Iphunga: lihlanzekile, ngaphandle ‘kwe-subterranean’, ukugqwala, amakhemikhali, kanye nephunga eliqinile le-perfume.

3) Ukuhlola okusheshayo ekwakhiweni

  • Ukucacisa ukwakheka: itiye elimhlophe elihle ngokuvamile linikeza ukwakheka okuhlanzekile, okungacacile.
  • Ukunambitheka kwangemuva: kufanele kube kunoshukela futhi kube kude, ngaphandle kwe-asidi engenamandla ‘nokungcola’.

4) Kwe-white egugile (i-Lao Cha)

  • buza/bheka, ukuthi itiye ligcinwe kanjani (eyomile, ingenawo amaphunga);

17. Amanzi Nezitsha:

Ikhwalithi yamanzi nezitsha ibonakala ngokukhethekile etiyeni elimhlophe: lithambile, futhi noma yikuphi ukunambitheka ‘okungadingekile’ kuyavela ngokushesha.

Amanzi

  • Athambile noma aphakathi ngamaminerali ngokuvamile asebenza kahle kakhulu. Amanzi anobulukhuni obukhulu ‘ahlambulula’ ubumnandi futhi enza ukwakheka kube ngokhahlo, kanti amanzi angenayo iminerali eningi angakwazi ukunikeza ‘ukungabi nalutho’.

2) Umthamo

  • ngokuphuza: 5 g ku-150–200 ml — umhlahlandlela ojwayelekile;
  • uma ukunambitheka kungenalutho — engeza 1–2 g; uma kuminyene kakhulu — yehlisa.

3) Isikhathi
