- Ukuqinisa / 杀青 — shāqīng: Ukuqinisa ngezigubhu ezingeni lokushisa elingaba ngu-260 °C. Ukufudumeza ngezinga eliphezulu kumisa izinqubo zokuvutshelwa futhi kuqinise ukuqondiswa kwephunga. Amathonya wokuqinisa — angomunye wamamaki wesitayela sase-Xingning.
- Ukusonga / 揉捻 — róuniǎn: Kuyinhlanganisela — eyemishini bese kulandela ukuqedwa ngesandla. Ukusonga kubhidliza isakhiwo seseli, kwenyusa ikhono lokukhipha, futhi kunikeza ikhasi ukubukeka okuyingqayizivele — imicu eqinile, eminyene.

6. Izimpawu Ze-Organoleptic:

13. Ukuqhathaniswa namanye ama-dāncóng ase-Guangdong:
- I-Fenghuang Dān Cóng (凤凰单丛, Fènghuáng Dān Cóng): I-dāncóng yakudala yase-Chaozhou evela eNtabeni i-Fenghuang.
