8. Izinzuzo Zezempilo:

  • Inani letiye: Amagremu angu-3–5 nge-150 ml yamanzi (indlela ye-gongfu); amagremu angu-2-3 nge-200 ml (indlela yaseYurophu).

  • Izitsha: I-gaiwan yomhlabathi (蓋碗) noma i-teapot yengilazi — ukuze kubonakale umbala ogqamile wesiphuzo. I-teapot yase-Yixing (紫砂壺) nayo ilungile, yengeza ubunzima. Inkomishi yengilazi (玻璃杯, bōli bēi) — umqondo olula wokuphisa ngenye indlela elula.

  • Inqubo (indlela ye-gongfu):

    1. Fudumeza i-gaiwan noma i-teapot ngokuyigingqa ngamanzi ashisayo.

  • Indlela yaseYurophu: Amagremu angu-2-3 nge-200 ml, izinga lokushisa ngu-90°C, isikhathi sokuphisa — imizuzu emi-2-3. Ungasinciki ngokweqile — yize i-Wū Niú Zǎo Hóng Chá ixolela amaphutha kangcono kunamanye amatiye amaningi abomvu, ukukhishwa isikhathi eside kungakhipha imibala ehlabayo.

10. Ukugcinwa:

  • Izimo: Indawo eyomile, epholile, emnyama. Izinga lokushisa — elingekho ngaphezu kuka-25°C. Kude nemithombo yamakha anamandla.
  • Isitsha: Ibhokisi lezinsimbi elivalekayo noma le-ceramic; isikhwama se-foil esinokhiye wokuvala. Ukuze kugcinwe isikhathi eside, kunconywa ukupakishwa nge-vacuum.
  • Isikhathi sokugcina: Izinyanga eziyi-12-24 ngaphansi kwezimo ezifanele. Itiye elibomvu elivela ezintweni ezingavuthiwe zakuqala lihle kakhulu ezinyangeni eziyisithupha kuya kwezingu-12 zokuqala, lapho iphrofayili yephunga icacile kakhulu. 11. Intengo Nokukopela:

I-Wū Niú Zǎo Hóng Chá ingeyesilinganiso sentengo esiphakathi — ngaphezu kwesiphakathi phakathi kwamatiye abomvu aseChina. Ukunqunywa kwentengo kuqhutshwa ikakhulukazi isikhathi sokuvuna: amaqoqo okuqala kakhulu (ekupheleni kukaFebruwari — ekuqaleni kukaMashi) abiza izikhathi eziphindwe kaningi kunetiye elivunwe kamuva. Ngo-2025, intengo yeqabunga letiye elisha (茶青, cháqīng) lokuqala lokuvuna yafinyelela ku-330 yuan nge-jin (500 g), yaqopha irekhodi eminyakeni engu-40 edlule. Intengo yokuthengisa yetiye eliqediwe lezinga eliphezulu — 30-80 USD nge-100 g; ikhwalithi ejwayelekile — 10-25 USD nge-100 g.

12. Amaqiniso Athakazelisayo:

  • “Itiye Lokuqala Lentwasahlobo” laseChina wonke: I-Wū Niú Zǎo ingolunye lwezinhlobo eziqala ukumila kusenesikhathi kakhulu ezweni. I-Wū Niú Zǎo Hóng Chá — uhlokomo lwentwasahlobo yokuqala enkomishini, isikhumbuzo esifudumele sokuthi imvelo iyavuka, noma ubusika bungakahambi.
