7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

- Ama-Polyphenol: Ukuqukethwe kwama-theaflavin (TF) kunikeza ukukhanya nobukhoma bomhlamuko. Ama-thearubigin (TR) akha umzimba nombala ogcwele. - Amavithamini: C (ngobuningi obulinganiselwe — iyabhidlika kancane ngenxa yokuvutshelwa okugcwele), B₁, B₂, PP.
- Amaminerali: I-Potassium, i-phosphorus, i-magnesium, i-iron, i-manganese, i-zinc. Ukuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-iron ne-manganese kubonisa ukuba khona kwenhlabathi ebomvu ene-iron yesifunda.
8. Izinzuzo Zezempilo:

9. Ukuphisa:
Ukuze kudaluleke ngokugcwele isimo esiyingqayizivele se-Wenshan Hong Cha — iphunga layo lezimbali nokunambitheka okumnandi, okuthambile — kunconywa indlela ye-gongfu cha:
- Izinga lokushisa lamanzi: 88–92 °C. Izinga lokushisa elinciphile (uma kuqhathaniswa no-95–100 °C ojwayelekile wamatiye abomvu) lisiza ukugqamisa amanothi ezimbali nozinyosi, ngaphandle kokukhipha umunyu owedlulele.
- Inani letiye: 5 g ku-150 ml wamanzi (indlela yokukhipha, i-gongfu cha) noma 3–4 g ku-250 ml (indlela yaseYurophu).
- Izitsha: Iketela elincane lobumba lwase-Yixing (宜興紫砂壺, Yíxīng Zǐshā Hú) — ukugqamisa ukujula nomzimba. I-gaiwan yobumba oluhlaza (蓋碗, Gàiwǎn) — ukuhlola ubumsulwa bephunga. Izinkomishi zobumba ezinezindonga ezincane zokuhlola ukunambitheka.
