2. Umlando Nokubaluleka Kwamasiko:
Umlando we-Tiě Guānyīn usukela emakhulwini amathathu eminyaka. - Iphunga: “Lomlilo” — amantongomane (i-walnut, i-almond), izithelo ezomisiwe (ibhilikosi eyomisiwe, i-plum eyomisiwe), i-caramel, amanothi amancane ezimbali nojule.
- Ukumnika: Okuphuzi okusagolide kuya kokubomvu okusamber.

Lǎo Tiě Guānyīn (老铁观音 — “Ovuthiwe”)

7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:
- Ama-Polyphenol (ama-Catechin): Ama-antioxidant anamandla; umumo wawona uyashintsha ngokuya ngokuvutshelwa nokugazingwa. Ku-Lǎo Tiě Guānyīn, ama-catechin aguqulwa kancane abe ama-theaflavin nama-thearubigin.

- Tàn Bèi (炭焙) — “Ukugazingwa ngamalahle”: ukuvutshelwa okumaphakathi + ukugazinga kokugcina kwamahora amaningi ngamalahle e-lóngyǎn (龙眼). Umlingiswa wamantongomane, we-caramel, “womlilo.”

- Xīn Chá (新茶) — itiye elisha lesizini yamanje.
