7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

Kubalulekile: ibhalansi ethile ixhomeke kakhulu ohlotsheni lwembewu, isikhathi sokukha, nokunemba kokushisa / ukumisa.
8. Izakhiwo Eziwusizo:
Itíye eliluhlaza ngokwesiko lihlonishwa ngenxa yengxenye enkulu yama-polyphenol kanye nomphumela “ohlangene” wokuvuselela. Kodwa, njenganoma yiliphi itíye, aliwona umuthi.

9. Ukwenza Itíye:
- Izinga lokushisa lamanzi: 75–85 °C (kumaqoqo okuqala futhi athambile — kusondele ku-75–80 °C).
- Umthamo: 3–5 g ku-150–200 ml.
- Ukuphuza okwandayo: imizuzwana engu-10–15 ekuqaleni, bese wengeza; 4–7 okuphuzwayo okwandayo.
- Izitsha: ingilazi / i-porcelain. Kumatiye aluhlaza “ayisicaba” ijagi elide noma i-gaiwan kuvamile.
- Imininingwane: itíye eliluhlaza alithandi amanzi abilayo — ngokushesha liya ebumuncu.
10. Ukugcinwa:
Itíye eliluhlaza liphuzwa kangcono lisanda, futhi ligcinwe ngokucophelela okukhulu.
- Ukungangeni komoya: kuyaphuthumisa (isikhwama esine-foil / isitolo).
- Izinga lokushisa: kubanda; abaningi bagcina itíye eliluhlaza efrijini (0…+5 °C) ngokungangeni komoya okuhle kakhulu.
- Ukukhanya nephunga: ligcine emnyameni futhi kude nanoma yimaphi amakha.
- Isikhathi: ukuze uthole ukusha okuphelele, zama ukuphuza phakathi kwezinyanga eziyisi-6–12 emva kokukhiqizwa (ngaphandle uma umkhiqizi ekhombisa okuhlukile).

- Leli tíye lilungele ukunikeza abasaqalayo kumatiye aluhlaza: livamise ukuthamba ekubabeni kunamanye amatiye aluhlaza “anamandla”, uma liphuzwa ngokucophelela.

14. Ukuqhathanisa ne-Anji Bai Cha (安吉白茶):
Nakuba amagama efana futhi ngokuvamile kuhlanganiswe izinto ezifanayo “ezinamaqabunga amhlophe”, lokhu yimikhiqizo ehlukene yezifunda.
- Okuvamile: womabili amatiye ahlose iqabunga elikhanyayo, ubumnandi obuphezulu be-amino acid, nephunga “elihlanzekile” eliluhlaza; womabili awabekezeleli amanzi abilayo.
- Umehluko: i-Anji Bai Cha — uphawu lwendawo yesifunda sase-Anji (Zhejiang), kanti i-Tiānmùhú Bái Chá — uphawu lwendawo yechibi laseTianmu (Jiangsu). Ngohlobo olufanayo lwembewu, umehluko udalwa isimo sezulu, inhlabathi, kanye nesikole sendawo sokusebenza.
- Emsebenzini: qhathanisa hhayi ngegama kuphela, kodwa nangonyaka, imboni, nesizini yokukha — intwasahlobo yokuqala iyisihluthulelo kuzo zombili.
15. Indabuko Nokuvikelwa Kwendawo:
Ezintweni ezisemthethweni ngeTiānmùhú Bái Chá kugcizelelwa njalo isimo sayo njengomkhiqizo wesifunda kanye nokuhlotshaniswa nendawo yechibi laseTianmu. Kumthengi lokhu akubalulekanga “ngenxa yezikhulu”, kodwa njengesikhombi esisebenzayo sendlela yokuhlukanisa indabuko nokulingisa.
Okujwayele ukushiwo ngokuvikelwa kwendawo
- EShayina kunezindlela ezahlukene zokuvikela “igama lendawo”: amazinga omkhakha, izinkomba zendawo (ngezindlela ezahlukene), izimpawu zokuhweba eziqoqayo nezinobufakazi, kanye nohlu lwabakhiqizi abagunyaziwe.
- Emibhalweni yeTiānmùhú Bái Chá kutholakala igama eliqinisa indawo yemvelaphi nohlu lwezinhlangano ezivunyelwe ukusebenzisa uphawu — lokhu kuwumkhuba ojwayelekile wemikhiqizo yesifunda.

- Ezinhlotsheni “ezinamaqabunga amhlophe” ukunambitheka kuncike kakhulu esimweni sezulu esincane kanye nesikhathi sokukha. Indawo yechibi nesikole esithile sokusebenza kwakha ukubonakala — ngakho-ke abakhiqizi nesifunda banentshisekelo yokuqinisa imingcele yendawo.
- Ngokungafani namatiye amhlophe ajwayelekile, avame ukuhlomula ekugugeni, itíye eliluhlaza iTiānmùhú Bái Chá lihlonishwa ngokusha. Ngakho-ke ukungafihli kwedatha (unyaka / isizini / iqoqo) kuvamise ukubaluleka kunokuba “inganekwane yophawu”.

- igama lomkhiqizo ngesiShayina (天目湖白茶), indawo (溧阳), imininingwane yomkhiqizi, usuku lokukhiqiza;
- ngezinye izikhathi — isixhumanisi sohlelo lokuqinisekisa ikhwalithi, inombolo yezinga, noma isiqondiso selungelo lokusebenzisa uphawu lwesifunda.

- Uma umthengisi eqinisekisa ukuthi leli “itíye elimhlophe langempela (njenge-Yin Zhen)”, kodwa echaza ukushisa / ukubumba, — lokhu ukudideka kwamagama.

Isincomo esisebenzayo Lapho uthenga iTiānmùhú Bái Chá, yithathe njengetíye eliluhlaza oliphakeme: thatha ngamaqoqo amancane, uphuze lisanda, futhi uligcine liqinile ukungangeni komoya. Lapho-ke isimo sesifunda — ubumnandi, ukuhlanzeka, nolayini omncane we-orchid — kuyobonakala kangcono.
16. Ukutholakala Ngezikhathi Nezici Zamaqoqo:
Kumatiye asuselwa ezinhlotsheni “ezinamaqabunga amhlophe”, ukutholakala ngezikhathi kubonakala kakhulu.

- Emakhazeni amahlumela amancane agcina isimo “esikhanyayo” seqabunga isikhathi eside.

Igama “白茶” kwamanye amatiye aluhlaza — liwumthombo wokudideka okuqhubekayo. Kunezincazelo ezimbili ezihlukene zegama elithi “omhlophe” emasikweni etiye.
1) Itíye elimhlophe njengobuchwepheshe
Lesi yisigaba lapho inqubo eyinhloko — ukwenza buthakathaka nokumisa, ngaphandle kokuqinisa uhlaza (ngaphandle kwe-shāqīng). Izibonelo: Bai Hao Yin Zhen, Bai Mu Dan, Shou Mei.
2) “Omhlophe” njengencazelo yezinto zokusebenza / yohlobo lwembewu
Kwezinye izinhlobo zesihlahla setíye, amahlumela amancane aba khanya kakhulu (acishe “abe mhlophe”), futhi itíye elivela kuwo ngokomlando / ngokokukhangisa libizwa “ngomhlophe”, noma ngabe ukusebenza kuyiluhlaza.
I-Tiānmùhú Bái Chá iwela esimweni sesibili: ngokunambitheka nangobuchwepheshe leli yitíye eliluhlaza. Yingakho lapho likhetha futhi ligcinwa, kunengqondo ukulandela imithetho yamatiye aluhlaza: ukusha, ukugcinwa endaweni epholile, ukwenziwa ngokucophelela.
18. Indlela Yokukhetha Iqoqo Elikhwalithii:
Kutíye eliluhlaza izindlela ezibalulekile — ukusha, ukushisa ngokucophelela, nokugcinwa okulungile.
1) Bheka isizini nosuku
- intwasahlobo yokuqala ngokuvamile inikeza iphunga elimnandi kakhulu nobumnandi;
- uma kukhona usuku lokukhiqiza — lokho kuhle: itíye eliluhlaza liphuzwa kangcono lisanda.
2) Hlola iqabunga elomile
- umbala uhlanzekile, ngaphandle “komsizi” nokuba nsundu okunamandla;
- iphunga lisha (utshani / amantongomane / imbali), ngaphandle kwentuthu nokushile;
- uthuli oluncane nezinhlamvu ezincane.
3) Ukuhlolwa okusheshayo enkomishini
- ukugxila kucacile, ngaphandle kobumuncu obukhulu ngesilinganiso esifanele sokushisa;
- ukunambitheka kwangemuva kunoshukela futhi kuhlaziya.
4) Izimpawu zezinkinga
- iphunga elinamandla lokuthosiwe → ukushisa ngokweqile ekusebenzeni;
- ukunambitheka “okuyisicaba” nokungabikho kwephunga → itíye lidala noma ligcinwe endaweni efudumele / engangeni umoya.
KwiTiānmùhú Bái Chá uphawu oluhlukile — ukukhanya nobumnene beqabunga ngesizini yokuqala: lapho ukukha sekwephuzile, iqabunga liba luhlaza futhi iphrofayili iba mbi.
19. Amanzi Nezitsha:
Itíye eliluhlaza lizwela kakhulu emanzini nasezingeni lokushisa, ngakho-ke “amanzi + izitsha” lapha — yingxenye yomphumela.
Amanzi
- Kusebenza kangcono amanzi athambile noma anamaminerali alinganiselwe. Amanzi aqinile akhulisa ukubaba futhi enza iphunga “libe buthuntu”.
- Amanzi kufanele angabi namakha (i-chlorine, insimbi, ipulasitiki). Uma unokungabaza — sebenzisa isihlungi.
Izitsha
- I-porcelain nengilazi — yizindlela ezisebenza kakhulu: azihambisani nalutho futhi zisiza ukugcina iphunga elisha.

- pholisa amanzi abilayo aze afinyelele ezingeni lokushisa elifanele (noma sebenzisa i-thermometer);
- ungagcini amaqabunga emanzini isikhathi eside;
- kungcono ukuphuza okufushane okumbalwa kunokukhipha okukodwa “okunamandla”.
20. Imemori Esheshayo Yokwenza Itíye:
Imemori esheshayo yokwenza itíye eliluhlaza
- Izinga lokushisa: qala ngo-80 °C. Uma kubaba — yehlisa uye ku-75 °C. Uma ukunambitheka kuncane kakhulu — nyusa uye ku-85 °C.
- Umthamo: 3–4 g ku-150–200 ml.
- Ukuphuza kokuqala: imizuzwana engu-10 (bese 15–20 s, bese 30–40 s).
- Uma uphuza engilazini: sebenzisa itíye elincane (2–3 g) bese ungeza amanzi ngezikhathi ezithile, uvimbe ukugxila “ekuqineni”.
- Umthetho oyinhloko: kungcono ukuphuza okuningana okuthambile kunokukodwa okude — kanjalo iphunga lihlala lihlanzekile futhi linoshukela.
21. Ukunambitha Nokuhlola:

- Izinga lokushisa lokuphuza: elimhlophe (ikakhulukazi elidala) likwazi ukubekezelela amanzi ashisayo; eliluhlaza licishe njalo libe ngcono ku-75–85 °C.
- Ukugcinwa: itíye elimhlophe lingaguga ngendlela ethakazelisayo; itíye eliluhlaza livamise ukulahlekelwa iphunga uma ligcinwe isikhathi eside futhi lihlonishwa lisanda.
- Isizathu sokuba lokhu kubaluleke: uma ulindele eTiānmùhú Bái Chá “ukunambitheka kwetíye elimhlophe”, uzodumala — lesi yisitayela esihlukile. Kodwa uma ulithatha njengetíye eliluhlaza olithambileyo, lidlala kamnandi kakhulu.
