  • Iphansi lenkomishi (iqabunga elenza itiye): Elibomvu-khweyili, elikhanyayo, elifakwe umbala ngokulinganayo. Amaqabunga makhulu (ifa lohlobo lwamaqabunga amakhulu), aphelele, athambile futhi anwebekayo.

7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

  • Ama-Polyphenol: Uhlobo lwamaqabunga amakhulu lwe-var. assamica lubonakala ngokuqukethwe okuphezulu kwama-polyphenol kumpahla engavuthiwe (kuze kufike ku-30–35%), okuthi lapho usuvutshwe ngokuphelele kunikeze izinga eliphezulu lemikhiqizo ye-oxidation — ama-theaflavin (茶黄素) nama-thearubigin (茶红素). 9. Ukwenza Itiye:

  • Inani letiye: 5–6 g kwi-100–120 ml (indlela ye-gōngfū); 3–4 g kwi-200–250 ml (ukungena emanzini).
  • Izitsha: I-gàiwǎn (盖碗) yobumba — inketho evamile, evumela ukulawula ukukhishwa kwetiye. I-teapot yobumba (紫砂壶) iyafaneleka futhi, ikakhulukazi kumabeshi aminyene, anakekile — ubumba “bumbonga” ukunambitheka futhi bengeze ubuthakathaka.   • Inqubo:

10. Ukugcina:

Isitsha esivalekile (isikhwama se-aluminiyamu ngaphakathi kwethini noma ibhokisi likathayela), ukuvikelwa ekukhanyeni, kumswakama, nakumaphunga. Esimeni somswakama esifudumele sase-Guangdong, ukucinana nokulawula umswakama kubaluleke kakhulu. Izinga lokushisa elifanele lokugcina — 15–25°C; isiqandisi asidingeki. Isikhathi sokugcina — izinyanga eziyi-18–24. Amabeshi aminyene, avuthwe kahle avela empahleni enamaqabunga amakhulu angase ““avuthwe” izinyanga eziyi-2–3, athole iprofayili eyindilinga ngokwengeziwe, enonju bezinyosi nezithelo.

11. Intengo Nokukhwabanisa:

I-Táishān Hóngchá okwamanje ayikakafaki ohlwini lwamatiye abomvu aziwa kabanzi ezingeni likazwelonke, okwenza isikhala sayo sentengo sifinyeleleke kakhulu uma kuqhathaniswa ne-Yīngdé Hóngchá (英德红茶) noma amatiye abomvu ase-Fujian.
