4) Kweyetiye elimhlophe eligugile (i-Lǎo Chá)
- buza/bheka ukuthi itiye laligcinwe kanjani (komile, ngaphandle kwamaphunga);

17. Amanzi Nezitsha:
Ikhwalithi yamanzi nezitsha ibonakala kakhulu kutiye elimhlophe: lithambile, futhi noma yikuphi ukunambitheka “okwengeziwe” kuvela ngokushesha.
Amanzi
- Athembile noma anesilinganiso samaminerali avamise ukusebenza kangcono. Amanzi aqine kakhulu “awabulali” ubumnandi futhi enza ukuphisa kube namandla, kanti amanzi angenawo amaminerali anganikeza “ukungabi nalutho”.

- Imiqumbe namatiye amhlophe athambile kakhulu (uhlobo lwe-Yín Zhēn): 70–80 °C.
- Iqumbe + amaqabunga (uhlobo lwe-Bái Mǔdān): 80–90 °C.
- Amaqabunga nokucindezelwe (i-Gōng Méi/i-Shòu Méi, ama-bing): 90–100 °C.
2) Isilinganiso
- ekuphisweni okuphindaphindiwe: 5 g ku-150–200 ml — inkomba yonke;
- uma ukunambitheka kungenalutho — yengeza i-1–2 g; uma kuqine kakhulu — khipha.
3) Isikhathi
- qala nge-10–20 imizuzwana, bese wandisa;
- uma kubabayo — nciphisa ukuphisa kokuqala kanye/noma wehlise izinga lokushisa.
4) Lapho ukubila kufaneleka
