- Bái Jīguān (白鸡冠, Bái Jīguān — Isigaxa Seqhude Elimhlophe): I-oolong yase-Wǔyí engavamile, ehluke ku-Shuǐ Jīn Guī ngeqabunga elikhanyayo kanye nephunga lezimbali nezithelo.
Ekuphetheni:
I-Shuǐ Jīn Guī iyi-oolong eyiqholo nengandile yasetshe, enye “Yamahlumela Amakhulu Amane” asezintabeni zase-Wǔyí Shān. Ukunambitheka kwayo okucebile, okugcwele okunamanothi okubhaka, izithelo ezomisiwe, izinongo kanye namaminerali, kanye nephunga elijulile, elibophelayo elinamathunzi “asetshe” kungawuthumba umphefumulo ngisho nowonenhliziyo yomthandi wetiye onamava. Leli tiye liwumsebenzi wangempela wobuciko betiye, umphumela wokuhlanganiswa okuvumelanayo okungajwayelekile, amasiko amakhulu eminyaka kanye nekhono eliphakeme kunawo wonke. Ukunambitha i-Shuǐ Jīn Guī yangempela kusho ukuthinta inganekwane, ukuzitholela indinganiso yekhwalithi emhlabeni wama-oolong asetshe futhi uthole amava angakholakali ekwazisaneni naleli tiye elimangalisayo. Leli tiye elezikhathi ezikhethekile, lokunatha itiye ngokungasheshi, ngokucabangisisa, uma ufisa ukucwila emhlabeni wokucabangisisa futhi ujabulele ukuphuza ngakunye, lonke uhlobo oluncane lokunambitheka kanye nephunga.
