12. 11. 7. Ukwakheka kwamakhemikhali: Ukwakheka kwamakhemikhali kwe-Shou Gong Cha ngokuvamile kucebe kakhulu futhi kunokulinganisela ngenxa yokuphathwa ngokunakekela. Ukuqukethwe kwama-polyphenol (ama-catechin) kungafinyelela ku-25-35% kumatiye aluhlaza enziwe ngesandla. I-Theanine (L-theanine), enomthelela ekunambithekeni okujulile (umami) kanye nomphumela wokuphumuza, ilondolozeka kangcono ngokuphathwa ngesandla okusezingeni eliphansi lokushisa (2-3% uma kuqhathaniswa no-1-2% kwitiye elenziwe ngomshini). 4.
