8. Izinzuzo Zemvelo:

9. Ukuphisa:

  • Ukushisa kwamanzi: 75–90 °C (uma kuningi izihlumela kanye “nobumnene” — ukushisa kuba phansi).

  • Umthamo: 4–6 g nge-150–200 ml nge-gaiwan/i-teapot; ngegilasi kungenzeka 2–3 g nge-200–250 ml.

  • Ukuphisa okuhamba phambili: qala ngemizuzwana eyi-10–20, bese ukwandisa isikhathi kancane kancane. Ibay elimhlophe olisezingeni eliphezulu lihlala ukuphisa okuyi-5–8.

  • Izitsha: i-porcelain/ingilazi. Ingilazi ilula uma ufuna ukubuka ukuvuleka kweqabunga.

10. Ukugcina:

  • Isitsha: esivalekile (ibhokisi, isikhwama esine-zip-lock/isikhwama esenziwe ngefoil), ngaphandle kwezinto “ezinuka kamnandi”.

  • Indawo: eyomile, epholile, enomnyama, ngaphandle koshintsho olukhulu lokushisa.

  • Ukuhlalisana: hhayi eduze kwezinongo, ikhofi, iziqhumiso.

  • Ifriji: ingenzeka ezinhlotsheni ezintekenteke kakhulu (ikakhulukazi ezinokuqukethwe okuningi kwezihlumela), kodwa kuphela ngokuvinjelwa okuphelele, uma kungenjalo itiye lizothatha iphunga nomswakama ngokushesha.

      **Uma uhlala endaweni enomswakama:** gcina ibay elimhlophe esitsheni esivaleke kangcono futhi usebenzise umuncimswakama (esikhwameni esihlukile, singathintani netiye).

11. Intengo Nokukhohlisa:

Intengo yebay elimhlophe ithonyeka kakhulu yizinhlobo zezinga lezithako, ukuvuna ngesandla, izimo zesimo sezulu sesizini, idumela lomkhiqizi nobumsulwa bemvelaphi (isigodi/udaba oluthile).

Okusizayo ekukhetheni:

  • ulwazi olusobala ngezithako nesifunda;
  • iqabunga elomile liphelele, lingenalo uthuli noma imvuthuluka;
  • iphunga elihlanzekile elingenampungela nelingena “mgodi ongenalutho” (kwasekuqaleni — inothi elithambile lezinkuni nomfino livumelekile, kodwa hhayi isikhutha).

12. Amaqiniso Athakazelisayo:

  • Isimo sophawu lwendawo se-“桑植白茶” lusiza ifunda ukwakha ukwaziwa nokulwa nokukhohlisa, kodwa izinga lokugcina lisahlatlelwa yizithako nokucutshungulwa.

  • ISangzhi iyindawo ethakazelisayo kwalabo abafuna ukunambitha ibay elimhlophe ngaphandle kwaseFujian futhi bazwe indlela ubuchwepheshe obushintsha ngayo kwenye isimo sezulu.

  • Indlela engcono yokuqonda isimo ukuzama izinhlobo ezimbili: eyezihlumela namaqabunga (uhlobo lwe-Bai Mu Dan) nale enamaqabunga amaningi (uhlobo lwe-Shou Mei).

  • Ezinhlotsheni eziphumelelayo zebay elimhlophe laseSangzhi, kuvamise ukuzwakala ukuhlanzeka “kwasehlathini”: iphunga limnene, lingenakho ukwakhiwa okunamandla okwezinkwa noma ukumpunga okusindayo.

  • Abanye abakhiqizi bakhipha ibay elimhlophe laseSangzhi elicindezelwe ukuze ligcinwe isikhathi eside — kanjalo ukunambitheka kuba mninzi futhi kube “njengobisi lwezithelo”.

13. Amaphutha Ngokuphisa Nokugcina:

Ngisho ibay elimhlophe olisezingeni eliphezulu lilula “ukulenza lingabi mnandi” ngobuchwepheshe.

  • Ukugcina eduze kwamakha: ibay elimhlophe “linyusa” ikhishi, izinongo kanye nemikhiqizo yekhemikhali yasendlini ngokushesha.
  • Ukuphambana “okusha vs okugugile”: ukulindela “ubumfihlakalo bentwasahlobo” ebayini elimhlophe eligugile — kuyiphutha; igugu lalo lisebusi, izithelo ezomile nobumnene obunomlutha.

Uma ukunambitheka kubonakala kungenalutho — zama:

  • ukwandisa umthamo ngo-1–2 g;
  • ukukhulisa izinga lokushisa ngo-5 °C (noma, hhayi lokho, ukwehlisa emabayini ezihlumela);
  • ukunciphisa isikhathi sokuphisa kokuqala futhi unikeze ukuphisa okuningi ngokulandelana.

14. Ukucindezelwa Nokugugiswa:

Ibay elimhlophe — lingeinye yamabay aseShayina ambalwa akhona ngobuningi ngesimo esiphukileyo, futhi nasesimweni esicindezelwe (amabhinki, izitini).

Kungani ibay elimhlophe licindezelwa

  • Ukulula kokugcina nokuthutha: umthamo omncane, imvuthuluka encane.
  • Ukuguga ngokulingana: ekucindezelweni, itiye liguga kancane futhi ngokuvamile libe “lihlelekile”, ngoba iqabunga lithintana kancane nomoya.
  • Ukunambitheka: ekucindezelweni kuvamise ukuba nokunamathisela “okunamphunga” okukhulu neminxa emincane engashayi kakhulu.

Elinotshwala vs elicindezelwe — okumele ukhethe

  • Elinotshwala lungcono uma ufuna iphunga elikhulu nje manje (ikakhulukazi kumabay ezihlumela namabay amasha).
  • Elicindezelwe lilula uma uhlela ukugcina, ukugugisa, ukubilisa noma ukuphuza itiye kaningi ngamanani amakhulu.

  • sebenzisa ummese wetiye omncane/ubhobo futhi sebenza ngamalebula, ungaguquli itiye libe uthuli;
  • uma ukucindezela kuhlangene kakhulu, ungalinika “ukuphumula” ngemuva kokuvula iphakethe izinsuku ezi-1–2 endaweni engathathi hlangothi neyomile — iqabunga lizoba nontweza;
  • zamela ukugcina izingcezu ezinkulu: kanjalo ukunambitheka kuzoba msulwa futhi kube mnene.

Okubalulekile: ukucindezela “akwenzeli ibay elimhlophe libe ngcono” ngokuzenzakalelayo. Uma izithako zokuqala noma ukugcinwa kukubi, ibhinki lizovele ligone inkinga.

3) Ukuhlola okusheshayo ekungeniseni

  • Ukubonakala kokungeniswa: ibay elimhlophe elihle ngokuvamile linikana ukungeniswa okuhlanzekile, okungahluphi.
  • Ukunambitheka okuhlala emlonyeni: kufanele kube mnandi futhi okude, ngaphandle kwe-asidi engathandeki “nokungcola”.

4) Kumabay amhlophe agugile (Lǎo Chá)

  • buza/bona, itiye lagcinwa kanjani (lomile, lingenamakha);
  • gwema izinhlobo ezinesikhutha, i-asidi, ukumpunga — lokhu akusilo “inothi lezokwelapha”, kodwa iphutha lokugcina.

Isimiso esiqukethe: kungcono ukukhetha itiye elinemvelaphi eqondakalayo nephunga elihlanzekile, kunetiye “eligugile kakhulu” elinomlando ongacacile.

17. Amanzi Nezitsha:

Izinga lamanzi nezitsha liyabonakala ikakhulukazi kumabay amhlophe: licwebile, futhi noma yikuphi ukunambitheka “okungadingekile” kuvela ngokushesha.

Amanzi

  • Amanzi athambile noma aphakathi ngokuncibilikayo ngokuvamile asebenza kahle kunokunye. Amanzi aqine kakhulu “acimisa” ubumnandi futhi enza ukungeniswa kube luhlaza, kanti amanzi angenamaminerali kakhulu anganika “ukungenalutho”.
  • Uma ungenalo ithuba lokulinganisa ukuncibilikayo, bheka kumgomo olula: amanzi okuphuza amnandi wona uqobo, ngokuvamile alungele netiye.

18. Inkomba Esheshayo Ngokuphisa:

1) Ukushisa

  • Amabay ezihlumela namhlophe amnene kakhulu (uhlobo lwe-Yin Zhen): 70–80 °C.
  • Izihlumela + amaqabunga (uhlobo lwe-Bai Mu Dan): 80–90 °C.
  • Amaqabunga nasecicindezelwe (Gong Mei/Shou Mei, amabhinki): 90–100 °C.

2) Umthamo

  • ngokuphisa: 5 g nge-150–200 ml — inkomba eyiqiniso yonke;
  • uma ukunambitheka kungenalutho — engeza u-1–2 g; uma kuhlangene kakhulu — yehlisa.

3) Isikhathi

  • qala ngemizuzwana eyi-10–20, bese uyandise;
  • uma kuvela ubuhlungu — nciphisa ukuphisa kokuqala kanye/noma wehlise izinga lokushisa.

4) Lapho ukubilisa kufanele

  • ngokuvamile — kumabay amhlophe agugile nalawo anamaqabunga amaningi;
  • uma itiye licindezelwe, ukubilisa kunikana umumo “onamphunga” olinganayo kanye nobumnandi obukhulu.

19. Ukunambitha Nokuhlola:

Kungani ibay elimhlophe libizwa “ngelimhlophe”?
