Ubuchwepheshe beQingcheng Xue Ya — “ukuthoswa kathathu nokusongwa kathathu” (三炒三揉) + ukumiswa ngamalahle — buwubu chwepheshe obunezigaba eziningi kunabo bonke ematiyeni aluhlaza.

  • Ukuthelwa (摊放 — tānfàng): Amahora angu-4–6.
