4. Indawo Yezitshalo Kanye Nezici Ezikhethekile Zokulinywa:

  • Indawo yezitshalo yasolwandle yasesiqhingini: I-Putuoshan iyisiqhingi esiseqoqweni leziqhingi i-Zhoushan, esisempumalanga ye-China Sea. Lena indawo yokulima eyingqayizivele yesiqhingi phakathi kwamatiya aluhlaza adumile ase-China. Inkungu yasolwandle, umoya onosawoti, ubusika obufudumele kanye nehlobo elipholile kudala isimo sezulu se-micro, esingenakho okunye ezwekazini.

5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:

  • Ukomisa ngomoya (烘干 — hōnggān): Ukomisa kokugcina ngaphansi kwezinga lokushisa elilinganiselwe.

6. Izimpawu Zomzimba:

  • Ukubukeka kwekhasi elomile: “Kufana nomsila, kodwa akuwona umsila; kufana neshiya, kodwa akulona ishiya” (似螺非螺,似眉非眉) — ifomula eyingqayizivele. Amahlumela anemizimbane eminingi (茸毫披露), afanayo, aluhlaza okotshani ngobumnene (匀净嫩绿)。Izindlela ezintathu: ezisongwe njengomsila (螺形), ezesimo seshiya (眉形), nezesimo sesihlava (蝌蚪状).

  • Iphunga lekhasi elomile: Lihlanzekile, liphakeme (清香). Inothi lama-orchid (兰花香). Umklamo wekastene (栗香).

  • Iphunga lamanzi: Liyabambelela, lihle, linephrofayili yama-orchid nekastene. “岩韵兰香” — “inothi lamadwala elinephunga lama-orchid” — isici esiyingqayizivele sendawo yendawo yesiqhingi.

  • Ukunambitha: Kumnandi futhi kunamanzi (鲜爽, xiānshuǎng), kumnandi ngokuthambile (甘醇, gānchún), nobumnandi obubuyayo — obude futhi “obufana nevelvet” (回甘绵长, huígān miáncháng).   • Umbala wamanzi: Oluhlaza okotshani ngobumnene, okhazimulayo futhi osobala (嫩绿明亮).

  • Isisekelo setiye: Amahlumela amnene, afanayo, aqoqwe abe “yizimbali” (幼嫩成朵).

7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

Indawo yendawo yesiqhingi sasolwandle, izihlahla ezineminyaka eyikhulu, kanye “nokungavundiswa” kwakha ifrofayili eyehlukile:

  • Ama-polyphenols (ama-catechins): Okuqukethwe okubalulekile — kunika amandla okulwa nama-oxidant.
  • Ama-amino acids (kufaka phakathi i-L-theanine): Okuqukethwe okukhulayo — umphumela wokukhula kancane esimweni sezulu sasolwandle nobuningi benkungu yasolwandle.
  • Amaminerali: Ifrofayili yamaminerali “yasolwandle” eyingqayizivele — ukunothiswa nge-potassium, i-magnesium, kanye nama-microelements emadwaleni nasemoyeni wasolwandle.
  • Ama-alkaloids: I-caffeine — okuqukethwe okusesilinganisweni.

  • Inqubo:

    1. Shisisa igalasi, ulahle amanzi.
    2. Thela amanzi ku-1/4 wevolumu.
    3. Thela itiya, uyehla igalasi ngesikhathi esizungezayo — “uvuse” itiya (醒茶).
    4. Thela amanzi afinyelele ku-2/3 wevolumu ngomsele “ozungezayo” (回旋注水法, huíxuán zhùshuǐ fǎ).
    5. Linda imizuzu emibili.
