  • Iphunga lengxube: Iphunga lemifino elifreshi, “lehlathi” (草木清新感, cǎomù qīngxīn gǎn). Iphunga le-castnut liyakhula. Uma ligugile — liba neloju (陈化后显蜜香, chénhuà hòu xiǎn mìxiāng). Iphunga lihlala isikhathi eside — inkomishi epholile iligcina ngaphezu kwemizuzu emi-5.

  • Iflavour: Ukufreshi okugqamile (鲜爽, xiānshuǎng), okubangelwa ukuphakama okuyingqophamlando kwe-amino acid (≥5%). Isiqu sithambile, siyindilinga (醇和, chúnhé). Ukubuya kwe-umnandi (回甘, huígān) — kuqhubeka futhi kuhlala isikhathi eside. 7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

  • Ama-Polyphenol (茶多酚, chá duōfēn): ≥20%. Izingxenye eziyinhloko — ama-catechin (儿茶素, ér chá sù): i-epigallocatechin-gallate (EGCG), i-epicatechin (EC), i-epigallocatechin (EGC). Ahlinzeka ngobumuncu obulinganiselwe, umsebenzi we-antioxidant, kanye nomuzwa wokuhlanganisa.

  • I-Selenium (硒, xī): 39,31 mg/kg emhlabathini (lapho okujwayelekile kungaba ngu-0,15 mg/kg emhlabathini ojwayelekile wamatiye — umehluko ophindwe ~260).
