4. Indawo Nezici Zokutshala:

  • Umbala we-fluid: I-orenji-amber kuya ku-ruby, ogqamile, ocacile, ‘onerandi esagolide’ (金圈) ezingeni eliphezulu.
  • Isikhumba setiye emva kokuphuza: Amaqabunga amakhulu, aphelele, anwebekayo anombala obomvu-ofishi. Amaphethelo amaqabunga anokugqama okubomvu (红边显).

7. Isakhiwo Samakhemikhali:

  • Amapolyphenol: 27.5% ezintweni ezingaphephuliwe (ngaphezu kwesilinganiso), ngesikhathi sokucwilisa — kwakheka ngenkuthalo ama-theaflavin nama-thearubigin, akha umbala ogcwele kanye ‘nomzimba’.
  • Ama-amino acid: 3.6% — ahlinzeka ubumnandi nobulula.
  • I-caffeine: 4.4% — izinga eliphakathi ngokuphakeme, linikeza umphumela oqinile wokuvuselela.
  • Ama-catechin: 18.1% — ngesikhathi sokucwilisa aguqulwa abe ngama-theaflavin, ama-thearubigin.
  • Imixube enephunga: I-Linalool, nerol, geraniol — yakha inhlanganisela ‘ye-orchid ne-plum’ ekhonjiwe.

8. Imisebenzi Enempilo:

Ukukhuthaza okuncane (i-caffeine + L-theanine). Umthelela we-antioxidant (okubangelwa amapolyphenol aphezulu). Ukusekela ukugaya. Umphumela wokufudumeza. Umphumela wokulwa namagciwane. Umphumela wokulwa nokucindezeleka.

9. Ukuphisa:

  • Ubuncane bamanzi: 90–95°C.
  • Inani letiye: 4–5 g nge-100–120 ml (indlela ye-gongfu); 3 g nge-200–250 ml (indlela yase-Yurophu).
  • Isitsha: I-gaiwan ye-porcelain — iveza ngokuphelele iphunga le-orchid.
  • Inqubo: Ukushisisa → ukufaka itiye → ukugeza (uma uthanda) → umchamo wokuqala imizuzwana eyi-10–15 → imichamo engu-5–8, enyusa ngemizuzwana eyi-5–10 umchamo ngamunye.

10. Ukugcinwa:

Isitsha esivaleke ngokuphelele, indawo eyomile epholile, 10–25°C, kuze kube yizinyanga eziyi-18. Akudingeki ifriji.

11. Intengo kanye Nezinto Zokukhohlisa:

I-Méi Zhàn Hóngchá yitiye elisekhasini lentengo ephakathi: ejwayelekile — 200–600 yuan / 500 g; evela ezihlahleni ezindala (老枞) — 800–2,000 yuan; ‘Jin Mei’ (enezinhlumela kuphela) — kufika ku-3,000+ yuan.
