3. Incazelo Yebhotani Nezimbiwa:

  • I-Cultivar / I-Cultivar: I-cultivar eyinhloko — Lóngshèng Dàyè Zhǒng (龙胜大叶种, Lóngshèng Dàyè Zhǒng, “i-Lóngshèng enamaqabunga amakhulu”), ehlobene ne-Camellia sinensis var. sinensis. Uhlobo oluyisihlahla esincane (小乔木型, xiǎo qiáomù xíng), ubude — bufinyelela kumamitha angu-5. Amaphuphu makhulu, anenyama; amaqabunga awugqinsi, anamanzi amaningi. Iphrofayili ye-biochemical: ama-polyphenol — 13–19%, ama-amino acid — 5.0–5.8% (ngaphezu kuka-15% kwamatiye aphansi asezindaweni eziphansi eqenjini elifanayo). Izihlahla zasendulo ezineminyaka engaphezu kweyi-200 edolobhaneni laseLóngjí Gǔzhài zisetshenziselwa ukukhiqiza uhlobo oluphezulu.

  • Ukuvunwa: Ukuvunwa kwasentwasahlobo — okuyinhloko (Ephreli–Meyi). Ukuvunwa kwasehlobo — okuwumsizi. Ukuvunwa ngesandla kwehlobo oluphezulu nolokuqala; okomshini — emabangeni amakhulu.

  • Izinga Lokuvunwa namabanga:

    • Uhlobo Oluphezulu (特级, tèjí): Iphuphu eligcwele (单芽) noma iphuphu elilodwa + iqabunga elilodwa (一芽一叶). Ubuningi bezinwele obungaphansi → ≥90%. Iphunga elimnene, “elihlanzekile” (清香). Intengo isuka kuma-yuan angu-600 nge-500 g.
    • Uhlobo Lokuqala (一级, yījí): Iphuphu elilodwa + amaqabunga alodwa noma amabili. Iphunga le-chestnut (栗香). Ama-yuan angu-200–400 nge-500 g.
    • Amabanga 2–6: Iphuphu elilodwa + amaqabunga amabili noma amathathu. Umkhiqizo omkhulu. Kufika kuma-yuan angu-150 nge-500 g.
  • Izidingo Zezimbiwa: Ukulawulwa kwamasimu kudinga ukwenqatshelwa ngokuphelele kwezibulala-zinambuzane; umlotha wezinkuni namakhekhe okukhama kuphela okusetshenziswayo. Izinga lihambisana nezindinganiso ze-“Green Foods” (NY/T 288).

4. Indawo Nezici Zokutshala:

  • Isimo Sezulu: I-subtropical monsoon. Izinga lokushisa lonyaka elimaphakathi — 18.1°C (ubukhulu obuphezulu — 39.5°C, ubuncane — −4.8°C). Isikhathi esingenasithwathwa — izinsuku ezingama-314.   • Ukuphakama: Izindawo eziyinhloko zokutshala — endaweni ephakeme ngamamitha angu-800+. Umgogodla wokukhiqiza — izifunda zaseLóngjí (龙脊镇, Lóngjí Zhèn) naseJiāngdǐ (江底乡, Jiāngdǐ Xiāng), ezihlinzeka cishe ngo-60% womthamo wonke.

  • Inhlabathi: Inhlabathi ebomvu enamancane ane-acid encane (赤红壤, chìhóngrǎng; pH 5.8–6.9). Ungqimba lwenhlabathi lujulile, luvundlile, lukhipha amanzi kahle. Okuqukethwe yizinto eziphilayo ≥2.5%. Inhlabathi icebile nge-iron (Fe), i-manganese (Mn) ne-zinc (Zn) — yilawa ma-minerali aqondene nalawo akha i-“yányùn” (岩韵) — ukunambitheka okusemva kwamaminerali, okuvame ukuhlotshaniswa nama-oolong aseWǔyí, kodwa lapha kubonakala etiyeni eliluhlaza.

  • Imvelo: Ukumboza kwamahlathi — 78.8%. Indawo yesifunda — ayinazo izimboni, “ukungcola okungu-zero” (三废, sānfèi — imfucuza yezimboni, amanzi angcolile, ukukhishwa). Izinsiza zamanzi — imifula nemifudlana engaphezu kuka-480, engena emfuleni i-Xún Jiāng (浔江); ikhwalithi yamanzi ihambisana nezindinganiso zikahulumeni zokuphakelwa kwamanzi okuphuza. Indawo ingenye yezindawo ezibalulekile zokuvikelwa kwemithombo yamanzi ye-PRC.

5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:

Ubuchwepheshe be-Lóngjí Lǜchá buhlanganisa izimiso zendabuko nemishini ngezigaba ze-shāqīng nokusonga. Isimiso esiyinhloko — “高温短时” (gāowēn duǎnshí, “izinga lokushisa eliphakeme, isikhathi esifushane”), okunciphisa ukulahlekelwa kwama-amino acid futhi kugcinwe ukuphola.

  • Iphunga Lamahlamvu Awomile: Lihlanzekile, lipholile (清香, qīngxiāng) — kuhlobo oluphezulu. “Liyathambile” (嫩香, nèn xiāng) — kukuvunwa kwasentwasahlobo. I-chestnut (栗香, lìxiāng) — kuhlobo lokuqala. Izithelo (果香, guǒxiāng) — isici esihlukanisayo somumo ovunguzayo.

  • Indawo Yetiye (iqabunga elenziwe): Luhlaza okotshani, licwebezela, linenyama. Iqabunga liyagobeka, amaphuphu aphelele.

7. Ingxube Yamakhemikhali:

  • Ama-Amino Acid: 5.0–5.8% — elinye lamazinga aphezulu phakathi kwamatiye aluhlaza ase-China. Ingxenye eyinhloko — i-L-theanine, enikeza ukunambitheka okupholile nomphumela wokuthula.

  • Ama-Polyphenol: 13–19% — izinga elilingene letiye eliluhlaza (ububanzi obujwayelekile — 15–35%), okuchaza ukuthamba nokungabikho kokubaba okuqinisekisiwe. Izingxenye eziyinhloko — ama-catechin, okuhlanganisa i-epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG).

  • I-Caffeine: 2–4% (ububanzi obujwayelekile betiye eliluhlaza), enikeza umphumela wokuthusa. Uma ihlanganiswe nokuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-L-theanine, ukuvuselela kuthambile, kuzinzile ngaphandle kokunyuka okusheshayo.

  • I-Fluoride: Ngaphezu kuka-30% kwesilinganiso samatiye aluhlaza — ukuvikela okuqinisiwe koqweqwe lwamazinyo ngokwakheka kwe-fluoroapatite.

  • Amaminerali: I-Iron (Fe), i-manganese (Mn), i-zinc (Zn) — avela enhlabathini ebomvu. Ukuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-Mn kuhlobene nomsebenzi we-antioxidant; i-Zn ibamba iqhaza ekulawuleni amasosha omzimba.

  • Amavithamini: I-Vitamin C — 100–300 mg nge-100 g yetiye elomile (okuyisici samatiye aluhlaza aphathwe ngobumnene). Amavithamini eqembu B (B₁, B₂, B₃), i-vitamin E (~35 mg/100 g), ama-carotenoid.

  • Amafutha Abalulekile: Izakhi ze-terpene, ezakha iphrofayili ye-chestnut-floral. Okuqukethwe kuncane kakhulu kunama-oolong, okuyinto ejwayelekile ematiyeni aluhlaza aphathwe ngokuncane.

8. Izinzuzo Zezempilo:

  • Umsebenzi we-Antioxidant. Ama-Catechin (i-EGCG nokuhlobene kwawo) anciphisa ama-radical akhululekile, anciphisa ukucindezeleka kwe-oxidative. I-Manganese evela enhlabathini ebomvu yengeza amandla e-antioxidant.

  • Umphumela Wokuthusa. I-Caffeine ehlangene ne-L-theanine inikeza ukuvuselela okuthambile, okuhlala isikhathi eside kwesimiso sezinzwa esimaphakathi — “ukuphaphama okunokuthula” ngaphandle kokukhathazeka.

  • Ukuvikela Uqweqwe Lwamazinyo. Ukuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-fluoride (ngaphezu kuka-30% kwetiye eliluhlaza elijwayelekile) kunomthelela ekuqiniseni uqweqwe ngokwakheka kwe-fluoroapatite, kunciphisa ingozi yezinyo elibolayo.

9. Ukwenziwa Kwetiye:

  • Izinga Lokushisa Lamanzi: 80–85°C ezinhlotsheni ezijwayelekile. Okwehlobo oluphezulu — 75°C (izinga lokushisa eliphansi ligcina iphunga elihle futhi livimbele “ukuphekwa” kwamaphuphu).

  • Inani Letiye: 3 g nge-150 ml amanzi (isilinganiso 1:50).

  • Izitsha: Ingilazi yengilazi (玻璃杯, bōlíbēi) — ukubuka ukuvuleka kweqabunga nombala wokugxilile. I-porcelain gàiwǎn (盖碗, gàiwǎn) enomthamo wama-100–150 ml — ukwenza ukwenziwa kwetiye okulawulekayo.

  • Inqubo:

    1. Fundisa izitsha ngamanzi abilayo, chitha amanzi.
    2. Thela amagremu ama-3 etiye.
