Ukwenza ngamanzi abandayo (冷泡, lěng pào): 5–7 g ku-500 ml wamanzi abandayo, ukuhlala amahora ayi-6–8 esiqandisini. Lapho selibandile, ubumnandi obunjengo-ju be-litchi buvela ngokugqamile nangokuhlanzekile.
10. Ukulondwa:
