1. Ukuhlukaniswa kanye Nemvelaphi:

I-cultivar / Izinhlobo: Izinto eziyinhloko ezisetshenziswayo ngamaqabunga ezinhlobo zendawo zaseCangwu County — Cāngwú Qúntǐ Zhǒng (苍梧群体种), kanye nama-cultivar amaqabunga amakhulu naphakathi aseGuangxi (广西大中叶种, Guǎngxī Dà Zhōng Yè Zhǒng), okubalwa izinhlobo zawo ezikhethiwe. Ubunikazi bezitshalo — Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze. Izitshalo ikakhulukazi zisatshalaliswa ngocansi (ngezimbewu), zakha izihlahla ezincane (乔木, qiáomù) noma izihlahla eziphakathi (小乔木, xiǎo qiáomù) ezinamaqabunga amakhulu noma aphakathi. Iceba leqabunga linde-elliptical, li-lanceolate; umbala weqabunga elivuthiwe nsundu ngokumnyama futhi ucwebezela. 4. I-Terroir Nezici Zokutshala:

Umphansi nendawo: Umnyombo wendawo yokukhiqiza — i-Liù Bǎo Township — itholakala enyakatho ye-Tropic of Cancer, endaweni enamagquma nezintaba eziphakeme lapho kuhlangana khona izintaba zaseDalian (大连山) nezaseGuijian (桂江) nenethiwekhi enobuningi yemifula nemifudlana. Indawo inamagquma kakhulu, imbozwe amahlathi ahlala eluhlaza e-subtropical.

Ubuchwepheshe bendabuko (传统工艺, chuántǒng gōngyì) — “itiye lamapulazi” (农家茶, nóngjiā chá):

Ubuchwepheshe besimanje (现代工艺, xiàndài gōngyì) — “itiye lasembonini” (厂茶, chǎng chá):

- I-Wodui — ukufaka izinqwaba ezimanzi (渥堆, wò duī): Isigaba esiwumnyombo. I-máochá imanziswa ngamanzi abandayo (ubuchwepheshe obuyingqayizivele be-“cold-water wodui,” okuhlukanisa i-Liù Bǎo ne-Shú Pǔ’ěr), ifakwe izinqwaba ezinkulu futhi imbozwe. Ngaphansi komsebenzi wezinto eziphilayo ezincane (ikakhulukazi isikhunta sesikhunta sohlobo lwe-Aspergillus, Eurotium, nokunye) emazingeni okushisa nawokomswakama alawulwayo, kwenzeka ukuguqulwa okujulile kwe-enzyme. Inqubo ithatha amasonto ambalwa kuya ezinyangeni ezimbalwa kugudluzwa izinqwaba ngezikhathi ukuze kukhishwe ukushisa (翻堆, fān duī).
- Ukubila (汽蒸, qìzhēng): Itiye elilungile liyabiliswa ukuze lithambe futhi lilungiselelwe ukucindezelwa.
- Ukucindezela / Ukwakha (压制成型, yāzhì chéngxíng): Itiye elishisayo licindezelwa libe izikhaso ze-bamboo zendabuko (竹篓, zhú lǒu), kanye nangendlela yezitini (砖茶), amakhekhe (饼茶), izidleke (沱茶) nezinye izimo.
- Ukuvuthwa / Ukukhula (陈化, chénhuà): Isigaba esibalulekile sokugcina. Itiye liyagcinwa ezimweni ezikhethekile: kuqala ezindlini zokugcina eziyimigede noma ezingaphansi (洞穴, dòngxué) ngomswakama ohambisanayo ongu-75–90% kanye nezinga lokushisa elingu-23–28°C, bese kuthi ezindlini ezomile nezipholile zokugcina. Isikhathi esincane sokugcinwa ngokwezinga sikhona izinsuku eziyi-180 (isigamu sonyaka). Umswakama wetiye ngaphambi kokufakwa ekugcinweni akufanele udlule u-18%. Uma ligcinwa isikhathi eside, linambitheka kakhudlwana futhi lithambile — “越陈越佳” (yuè chén yuè jiā — “indala, ingcono”).
- Izici ezikhethekile zobuchwepheshe: Ubuchwepheshe be-“cold-water wodui” (冷水渥堆, lěngshuǐ wò duī) benziwa futhi bethulwa e-Wuzhou Tea Factory cishe ngo-1958 — ngaphambi kobuchwepheshe obufanayo be-Shú Pǔ’ěr (1973). Ngakho-ke, i-Liù Bǎo Chá ingabhekwa njengomanduleli womlando wobuchwepheshe bokubilisa okusheshayo emhlabeni we-Hēi Chá. 6. Izici Zokuzwa Ngezitho Zomzimba:

Kungaba futhi namaphunga: iphunga lokhuni (木香, mùxiāng), iphunga “lezimbali zegolide” / lesikhunta (菌花香, jūnhuā xiāng), iphunga lokwelapha emathiyeni amadala kakhulu (药香, yào xiāng), kanye namathoni wezinqe zophayini (松烟香, sōngyān xiāng).

Iphunga lengxube: Ihlanzekile, ivuthiwe (纯陈, chún chén). Ubukhulu obufudumele, obumbozayo kakhulu: izithelo ezomile, i-prune, amantongomane, ukhuni oludala, ubulembu behlathi. Etiyeni elin-“izimbali zegolide” kukhona umfitshana wesikhunta. Emathiyeni amadala (iminyaka engama-30–50) iphunga liba mnandi ngokusobala futhi libe selicacile nge-betel note.

Ukunambitheka: Ukunambitheka okugcwele, okunothe, okunzulu (醇厚, chúnhòu), okunamafutha futhi okubushelelezi (甘滑, gān huá), okuvuselelayo (爽口, shuǎng kǒu), okunokunambitheka okuhle emuva kwesikhathi eside futhi okucacile (回甘, huí gān). Etiyeni elivuthiwe kukhona ukunambitheka okuphawulekayo kwe-betel nut (槟榔味, bīnláng wèi). Ubumuncu nokuhlaba kuncishisiwe kakhulu ngenxa yokubiliswa okujulile. Itiye eligcinwe isikhathi eside linomzimba oyindilinga, onosilika, novamile. Amanothi: i-prune, i-walnut, umhlaba, amakhowe, ubumnandi bezithelo ezomile, ukuphola okuncane kwe-mint ekunambithekeni okulandelayo.

Umbala wengxube: Kusukela ku-amber omnyama kuya kobomvu onsundu oshelelayo, ezinhlotsheni ezigcinwe kakhulu — ucishe ube mnyama ngokukhanya okubomvu okukhanyayo. I-transparent, ihlanzekile, ikhanya, icwebezela ngamafutha (红浓明亮, hóng nóng míng liàng).

Indawo yetiye (iqabunga eliphuziwe): Amaqabunga aphelele, aqinile, avulekile ngemuva kokufakwa emanzini abilayo. Umbala usuka kobomvu-nsundu (红褐, hóng hè) kuya konsundu omnyama, ucishe ube mnyama (黑褐, hēi hè). Ukuthungwa kuthambile, kuvamile, ngaphandle kwezimpawu zokubola noma isikhunta.
7. Isakhiwo Samakhemikhali:
Isakhiwo samakhemikhali se-Liù Bǎo Chá sinqunywa ukubiliswa okujulile kwangemuva, lapho izingxenye zokuqala zeqabunga letiye ziguqulwa kakhulu ngaphansi komsebenzi wezinto eziphilayo ezincane.
- Ama-Polyphenol: Isamba sama-polyphenol e-Liù Bǎo Chá eselungile sisezingeni eliphansi kakhulu kunase-máochá yokuqala (ukuncipha ngo-12–38% ngesikhathi se-wodui). Ama-catechin (EGCG, ECG, EGC, EC) a-oxidized futhi a-polymerized kakhulu, akhe ama-pigments etiye. Yilolu guquko olubangela ukuthamba kokunambitheka nokujula kombala wengxube.

8. Izinzuzo Zezempilo:

- Qaphela ikakhulukazi uma uthenga i-Liù Bǎo “ezindala”: Ukukhwabanisa ngamatiye agcinwe isikhathi eside kuyindlela yokukhwabanisa enenzuzo kakhulu. Intengo ephansi kakhulu yetiye “eliyiminyaka engama-30” icishe ibe yinkohliso ngokuqinisekile.
12. Amaqiniso Athakazelisayo:
- Umanduleli we-Shú Pǔ’ěr: Ubuchwepheshe be-“cold-water wodui” benzelwa i-Liù Bǎo Chá e-Wuzhou Tea Factory cishe ngo-1958 — iminyaka engu-15 ngaphambi kokuba ubuchwepheshe obufanayo busetshenziswe ku-pu’er e-Yunnan (1973). 14. Ukuqhathanisa namanye ama-Hēi Chá:
- IShú Pǔ’ěr (熟普洱, Shú Pǔ’ěr): Womabili amatiye ane-post-fermentation e-wodui. Umehluko: I-Shú Pǔ’ěr — e-Yunnan, izihlahla ezinamaqabunga amakhulu var. assamica, i-wodui eshisayo; i-Liù Bǎo — e-Guangxi, izinhlobo ezinamaqabunga aphakathi namakhulu, i-wodui ebandayo. - I-Ānhuà Hēi Chá / Fú Zhuān Chá (安化黑茶 / 茯砖茶): E-Hunan. Umehluko obalulekile we-Fú Zhuān ubukhona obuningi “bezimbali zegolide” njengengxenye eyimpoqo yobuchwepheshe. Ukunambitheka — kungokwekhunta kakhudlwana, amantongomane. I-Liù Bǎo ingaba “nezimbali zegolide,” kodwa akusona isimo esiyimpoqo; ukunambitheka kwayo kungokwezithelo kakhudlwana, kugxile ku-betel.

I-Liù Bǎo yitiye lalabo abayaziyo inani lokubekezela: ngonyaka ngamunye wokugcinwa, lijula, lithambe futhi likhuluma kakhudlwana. Liyafudumeza emakhazeni, liyavuselela ekushiseni, liyaxolelanisa nokudla okusindayo, futhi linikeza umuzwa oyivelakancane wokuthula okufudumele nokumbozayo. Uma ufuna itiye elizoba ngumngane othembekile iminyaka namashumi eminyaka — i-Liù Bǎo Chá ilindele ukutholwa kwakho.
