7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

8. Izinzuzo Zezempilo:

9. Ukwenziwa Kwetiye (Ukugxilisa):

  • Izinga lokushisa: 80–90°C. Emihlanganweni yasentwasahlobo ethambile kakhulu evela eFúshòu Shān — 80–85°C. Ukubiliswa akunconywa nhlobo — kuzobhidliza amanothi athambile.
  • Inani letiye: 5–7 g ku-150 ml.
  • Isitsha: I-gaiwan yobumba — ilungele ukuhlaziya iphunga elintekenteke nokucaca koshukela. I-teapot yaseYixing — ivumelekile, kodwa kuphela “ehlanzekile”, engakaze imunce amaphunga amanye etiye.
  • Inqubo:
    1. Sifudumeza isitsha.
    2. Ukuthela kokuqala okuhlanza: thela futhi ukhuphe ngokushesha (abanye abanolwazi bayakugwema ukuhlanza iLí Shān ukuze bangalahlekelwa ukuthelwa kokuqala okubalulekile).
    3. Ukuthela kokuqala: 45–60 imizuzwana.
    4. 5–7+ kokuthelwa, +15–20 sec kokuthela ngakunye.
  • Ukwenza itiye elibandayo: 5 g ku-500 ml, amahora angu-8–10 esiqandisini. Umphumela ongavamile — wembula konke “ukuthamba ngosiliki” kweLí Shān.

10. Ukugcinwa Kwetiye:
