  • Amaminerali: Okuqukethwe okuningi kwe-manganese (锰, měng) — kusiza ekuqiniseni izicubu zamathambo. I-Potassium, i-magnesium, i-zinc, i-fluoride.

  • Amavitamin: I-Vitamin C, amavitamin e-B.

8. Izinzuzo Zezempilo:

  • Umsebenzi wokulwa ne-oxidation: I-Polyphenols (≥25%) ihlanza ngempumelelo ama-radicals mahhala.

  • Ukulawula i-cholesterol: Ama-Theaflavin alawula izinga le-lipid egazini.
