5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:

6. Izici Zezinzwa:

  • Isimo seqabunga elomile: Umumo — imicu emincane, eqinile, egobile kancane njengetshe, efana nenshiya (眉形, méixíng). Uboya besiliva obuningi (显毫, xiǎn háo). Umbala — oluhlaza ocebile njenge-emerald (翠绿, cuìlǜ).
  • Iphunga leqabunga elomile: I-orchid (兰花香, lánhuā xiāng) — iphunga elihle, elihlanzekile, elinobumnandi bezimbali. Izinothi zekhesthinathi (栗香, lìxiāng) — ezifudumele, ezinamantongomane. Ukusha kukakhuni (竹叶清香, zhúyè qīngxiāng) — inothi eliluhlaza elilula.
  • Iphunga lokunambitheka: Liyefana — i-orchid nekhesthinathi enomthunzi wokuni. Iphunga lizinzile, linezigaba eziningi, liyavuleka kancane kancane njengoba inkomishi iphola.
  • Ukunambitheka: Kuyasha (鲜爽, xiānshuǎng), kumnandi (甘, gān), kuqinile futhi kunokunambitheka okugcwele (醇厚, chúnhòu). Inhlangano evumelanayo yobusha be-amino acid nokunambitheka okugcwele, okuyindilinga. Ukunambitheka okumnandi emuva okuhle kakhulu.

7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

  • I-Polyphenol (i-catechin): 25–30 % wesisindo esomile. Umsebenzi we-antioxidant we-polyphenol yetiye uphakeme ngokuphindwe izikhathi eziyi-18 kunalowo we-Vitamin E.

  • Amaminerali: I-Selenium (Se) ne-iodine (I) — kubangelwa ukwakheka kwamaminerali enhlabathi; i-potassium, i-manganese, i-fluoride (200–300 ppm — ihlinzeka ngomphumela ocacile wokulwa nokubola kwamazinyo).
  • Amafutha abalulekile: Abhekene nokwakheka kwephunga le-orchid nekhesthinathi, okwakhiwa ngaphansi kwezimo zenkungu eziphakeme kanye nokushintshashintsha okuphawulekayo kwezinga lokushisa emahoreni angu-24.

8. Izinto Eziwusizo:

  • Ukuvikela nge-antioxidant: Ukuqukethwe okuphezulu kwe-polyphenol (kufika ku-30 %) kunikeza umphumela onamandla wokulwa nama-radicals akhululekile, owedlula umsebenzi we-Vitamin E ngokuphindwe izikhathi eziyi-18.

9. Ukuphisa:

  • Izinga lokushisa lamanzi: 85 °C. Ebangeni elikhethekile, kungavunyelwa ukwehliswa ku-80 °C.

  • Inani letiye: 3–5 g ku-150–200 ml.

  • Isitsha: Ingilazi ethe tye (直筒玻璃杯, zhítǒng bōlí bēi) — ukukhetha ngokuhle ukuze ubuke “umdanso wokucwiliswa kathathu” nobuhle beqabunga eliluhlaza. I-gaiwan emhlophe ye-porcelain (白瓷盖碗, bái cí gàiwǎn) nayo iyasebenza.

  • Inqubo:
