7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:
- Ama-Polyphenols (ama-catechins): Ukuqukethwe kwama-polyphenols etiye — ≥ 25,6%. 9. Ukuhlanganisa:
- Izinga lokushisa lamanzi: 85 °C — yilona elingcono kakhulu ekuvezweni kwephunga lamakhasteni nokugcinwa kobusha. Uma lehliswa laya ku-70 °C, kukhuliswa umuzwa wobusha (鲜爽), kodwa ukujula kwephunga kulahleka.

10. Ukugcinwa:

12. Amaqiniso Athokozisayo:
