- 1915 — Umbukiso wePanama: Itiya lase Huòshān lomkhiqizo othi “Bào’ér Zhōngxiù” (抱儿钟秀, “Ingane Ezandleni, Insimbi Nobuhle”) lathola indondo yegolide yombukiso womhlaba wasePanama — okuwukuphela kwetiya eliphuzi phakathi kwabahlomula.
- 1940s–1960s — ukulahleka: Izimpi nezingxabano zezomnotho kwaholela ekumeni kokukhiqizwa kwe Huáng Yá. Ubuchwepheshe babungalotshiwe phansi kodwa babulondolozwa ekukhumbuleni kwabadala abambalwa abanolwazi lwetiya. 4. Indawo Yokutshala kanye Nezici Ezikhethekile Zokutshala:
- Isifunda: I-Huòshān isenkabeni yezintaba zase Dabieshan (大别山), lapho kuhlangana khona izifundazwe i Ānhuī, Húběi, kanye ne Hénán. Isiqongo esikhulu — Báimǎjiān (白马尖, 1774 m). Ukwehluka kwezinga lokushisa emini nasebusuku — 8–10°C — kuyisici esibalulekile kakhulu sokunqwabelana kwezinto ezinamakha kanye nama-amino acids. Ukumbozwa kwehlathi — 75.1%. Amachibi okufaka amanzi i Fózǐlǐng (佛子岭) kanye ne Mòzǐtán (磨子潭) eziqongweni zomfula i Dōngpíhé kunikela ngokwengeziwe ekuthambiseni isimo sezulu esincane.

5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:
Ubuchwepheshe be-Huòshān Huáng Yá buhlukile kwamanye amatiya aphuzi ngendlela yokuphuzisa: lapha akusetshenziswa ukusongela (njengase Méngdǐng Huáng Yá) futhi akusona ukuswama kwenqwaba (njengase Hǎimǎ Gōng Chá), kodwa i- “tān-fàng huángbiàn” (摊放黄变, “ukumiswa ukuze kube phuzi”) — ikhasi limane limiswa ngesendlalelo esincanyana sivunyelwe ukuba siphuze kancane ezingeni lokushisa lasegumbini. 6. Izici Ze-organoleptic:

12. Amaqiniso Athokozisayo:
