5. Ubuchwepheshe Bokukhiqiza:

6. Izimpawu Zokuzwa:

  • Ukubukeka kweqabunga elomile: Amahlumela aqondile, amahle, acwebile kancane, afana namahlamvu omhlanga amancane (秀美挺直). Umbala — oluhlaza ogcwele onomkhanya oluhlaza okotshani, noboya obuncane obubonakalayo ezimpulwini.
  • Iphunga leqabunga elomile: Lamahhalathi agqamile (栗香), elinethoni encane ye-orchid (兰花香, lánhuā xiāng). Iphunga lihlala njalo, lijulile, “lidla ubude” (香浓,韵味深长).

  • Amahlamvu asephuliwe (itiye elingaphansi): Amahlamvu alinganayo, aphelele, aluhlaza okotshani okuthambile, anwebekayo. Avuleke kahle, agcine umumo oqondile.

7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

  • Ama-polyphenol (茶多酚): Izinga eliphakathi (12–18% wobunzima obomile), elingaphansi kunawo amatiye amhlophe aseNingizimu yeShayina asuselwa ezinhlotsheni ezinamaqabunga amakhulu. Lokhu kubangelwa uhlobo olunamaqabunga amancane lwe-cultivar nesimo sezulu esipholile sasezintabeni. Amsemathwa yi-catechins (EGCG, EGC, ECG, EC).   • Amavithamini: I-Vitamin C (ilondolozeka kahle ngesikhathi sokugazinga epanini), amavithamini eqembu B (B₁, B₂, B₃), i-β-carotene, i-folic acid.
  • Amaminerali: I-potassium, i-magnesium, i-manganese, i-zinc, i-phosphorus, i-fluoride. Isici esiyingqayizivele — ukunothiswa ngokwemvelo nge-selenium (硒): inhlabathi eseningizimu yeShaanxi iyingxenye “yebhande le-selenium” laseShayina, futhi itiye lalesi sifunda liqukethe amanani abalulekile e-organic selenium, ahlonishwa ngezakhiwo zawo zokuqeda izinhlayiya eziyingozi nokuvuselela amasosha omzimba.

8. Izinzuzo Zempilo:

  • Ubuningi betiyela: amagremu angu-3 ku-150 ml (i-gaiwan, indlela yokuthela ngokushesha); amagremu angu-2–3 ku-200 ml (ingilazi yegilasi, indlela yokumisa).

  • Isitsha: Ingilazi yegilasi (玻璃杯) — ukukhetha okuhle kakhulu ukubuka amahlumela aqondile, “afana nomhlanga,” antanta emhluzweni we-jade. I-gaiwan yobumba (盖碗) — ukulawula ngokunemba ukukhishwa kwezakhi nokunika itiye izikhathi eziningi.

  • Inqubo:

    1. Fudumeza isitsha. Geza ingilazi noma i-gaiwan ngamanzi ashisayo.
    2. Faka itiye. Faka amagremu angu-3 amahlamvu omile esitsheni esifudumele.

10. Ukugcinwa:
