- Ukwomisa nokushisisa okuphezulu (烘干, hōnggān / 提香, tí xiāng): Ukwelashwa kokushisa okunezigaba eziningi ukuze kungasebenzi ama-enzyme, kuqiniswe izinga le-oxidation elisemisiwe, kwehle nomswakama. 6. Izici Zomzwelo Nokunambitha:
- Isimo sangaphandle seqabunga elomile: Imichilo emide esongiwe ngobunono enombala onsundu ngokumnyama noma omnyama, eqinile futhi ebonakala ngokuthanjiswa. 7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

9. Ukwenziwa:
- Izinga lokushisa lamanzi: 90–95°C. Itiye elibomvu lase-Yunnan elinamaqabunga amakhulu likwazi ukumelana namazinga aphezulu okushisa, kodwa amanzi abilayo angakhuphula ukumunyu.
- Inani letiye:
- Indlela yokuthela (功夫茶, gōngfū chá): 5–7 g ku-150–200 ml we-gaiwan noma i-teapot.
- Indlela yaseYurophu (ukumisa): 3–5 g ku-200–300 ml wamanzi.
- Izitsha: I-teapot yobumba ye-Yixing (紫砂壶, zǐshā hú) — ukukhetha kwakudala kwamatiye abomvu ase-Yunnan, okuvame ukwenza ukunambitheka kube bushelelezi futhi kugqamise ukujula. 10. Ukugcinwa:
I-Hóng Fèng Gāo Xiāng itiye elibomvu elivutshiwe ngokuphelele, elingadingi ukugcinwa eziqandisini. Imithetho eyisisekelo:
