7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

8. Izinzuzo Zempilo:

  • Duyun Maojian (都匀毛尖, Dūyún Máojiān): Itela eliluhlaza elidumile laseGuizhou, elinye “lamatela amakhulu ayishumi aseChina” (ngokohlelo luka-1982). Likhiqizwa ngemihlobo yendawo enamaqabunga amancane esifundeni saseDuyun (Qiannan). Leli tela liyacholwa (炒青). Iphunga — i-chesnut-notshani, elijwayelekile emateleni aluhlaza eChina aqholiwe. Ukunambitheka — kugcwele, kunoshukela kancane nokubabazela okuphakathi nendawo. I-“Lùzhū” yehluke ngokuba neziprofayili zezithelo eziwolintshi nezimbali (esikhundleni se-chesnut), ukulungiswa ngesitimu (esikhundleni sokuqholwa) kanye nokugcizelelwa kokuhlanzeka kwemvelo.
  • Meitan Cuiya (湄潭翠芽, Méitán Cuìyá): Elinye itela elihlonishwayo laseGuizhou elivela esifundeni saseMeitan (Zunyi). Amaqabunga ayisicaba, afana nalawo ka-Longjing. Liyacholwa. Iphunga — “嫩栗香” (iphunga le-chesnut elisencane), eliyisici se-“Guizhou Green Tea”. Ukunambitheka — umzimba oqinile, oqabulayo. I-“Lùzhū” — ithambe kakhudlwana, ithambe kakhudlwana, inamanothi ezithelo eziwolintshi futhi ayinakho ukuqina komzimba; isondele ephatheni lezimbali.
  • Guangxi Xueya (广西雪芽, “Amahlumela Eqhwa”): Itela eliluhlaza laseGuangxi, elikhiqizwa ngomhlobo waseFuding (Fuding Dabai Hao), kodwa liyacholwa. Iphunga — izithelo zasezindaweni ezishisayo (umango), ubumuncu obuncane. Ukunambitheka — kunoshukela, nokunambitheka kwe-almond okuhlala emva. Womabili lamatela ayizibonelo zokusetshenziswa ‘okuphambana kwezifunda’ kwemihlobo yaseFuding, kodwa ehlukile ngendlela yokulungisa (isitimu vs. ukuqholwa) kanye, ngokufanele, nangephrofayili yephunga.
  • Enshi Yulu (恩施玉露, Ēnshī Yùlù): Itela eliluhlaza eliphekiwe lesitimu elivela eHubei. Indlela yokulungisa iyefana (isitimu), kodwa umhlobo, indawo nokuphakama kwehlukile. I-Enshi Yulu — inamanothi “amazolo” kakhulu, ane-chesnut; i-“Lùzhū” — inezithelo eziwolintshi namaminerali kakhulu.

14. Izinkinga Ezingenzeka:

  • Ukungabekezelelani ngokomuntu noma ukungezwani nezinto ezithile.
  • Ngokuqaphela uma une-gastritis ene-acid ephezulu noma isifo sezilonda, ikakhulukazi esiswini esingenalutho: izinto ezibabayo zivuselela ukukhiqizwa kwejusi yesisu.
  • Ngenxa yokuqukethwe yi-caffeine (~3%) kungase kungakulungeli kubantu abanokwethuka okukhulu kwemizwa, ukuqwasha noma i-high blood pressure ngezikhathi zokushisa.
  • Akunconywa ngobuningi ngesikhathi sokukhulelwa (ikakhulukazi ezinyangeni ezintathu zokuqala) nokuncelisa.
  • Kungase kuhlanganyele nemithi elwa namahlule emathunjini (i-warfarin) ngenxa yokuqukethwe yi-vitamin K; kunconywa ukubonisana nodokotela uma uphuza imithi enjalo.
