9. Ukwenza Isiphuzo:

  • Izinga lokushisa lamanzi: Lincike ohlotsheni lwetiye eliyisisekelo. Itiye eliluhlaza – 75-85°C, elibomvu – 90-95°C, i-Shú Pu’er – 95-100°C.

  • Inani letiye: Lincike ohlotsheni lwetiye kanye nokuncamelayo. Ngokuvamile amagremu angu-3-5 kumamililitha angu-150-200 amanzi. Okwetiye elifakwe ngaphakathi kwesithelo – isithelo esisodwa eketeleni / e-gaiwan.

  • Isitsha: I-gaiwan, iketela lobumba, iketela lengilazi, isitsha se-porcelain.

  • Inqubo:

    • Okwetiye elifakwe ngaphakathi kwesithelo: Kwakhiwa ngendlela efana ne-Shú Pu’er (noma olunye uhlobo lwetiye olungaphakathi). Kungenziwa ukumunca, kungenziwa ukuthela ngokuphindaphindiwe. Ngezinye izikhathi isithelo siyaphulwa kusengaphambili ukuze kube lula ukusikhipha.

10. Ukugcinwa:

I-Gān Jié Chá kufanele igcinwe endaweni eyomile, epholile, emnyama, esitsheni esivaleka ngci, kude namaphunga angaphandle. Itiye elifakwe ngaphakathi kwesithelo lingagcinwa ngqo kuso, kodwa kungcono ukulifaka esitsheni esivaleka ngci.

11. Intengo Nokukhwabanisa:
