4. I-Terroir Nezici Zokutshala:

6. Izimpawu Ze-Organoleptic:

  • Ukubukeka Kwamacembe Awomile: Amapuleti ayisicaba, amade, abushelelezi, alinganayo, afana neqabunga lika-bamboo. Umbala — uluhlaza okotshani okumnyama kunombala ophuzi ngokuncane (翠绿微黄). 7. Ukuqukethwe Kwamakhemikhali:

  • Ama-Polyphenol (茶多酚): Ukuqukethwe okuphezulu kwama-catechin, ikakhulukazi i-epigallocatechin-3-gallate (i-EGCG) — i-antioxidant enamandla kakhulu. Ukucutshungulwa okungavutshelwanga kugcina ama-catechin esesimweni sawo sangempela.

Ekuphetheni:

I-Dǐnggǔ Dà Fāng iyitiye eliwukukhokho: elithule, elingabonakali kalula, elikhohliwe ngabaningi — kodwa kube kusona esisekela isiko elidume kakhulu lamalithi e-green tea ayisicaba emhlabeni. Indela u-Dà Fāng, “enamashiya amahle nentshebe eqhumnayo, endiza njengomuntu wezulu”, yasungula ngezandla zayo ubuchwepheshe okwathi emakhulwini eminyaka kamuva bwanikeza umhlaba i-Lóng Jǐng.
