7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

  • Amavitamini: B₁, B₂, B₃, C (ingxenye), E, K.
  • Amaminerali: I-Potassium, i-calcium, i-magnesium, i-iron, i-manganese, i-fluoride, i-zinc, i-copper, i-selenium.
  • Amafutha Abalulekile (芳香油): I-Linalool, i-geraniol, i-phenylacetaldehyde; izinto ezikhiqizwa yi-Maillard reaction ezinjenge-caramel ne-malt.

8. Izinzuzo Eziwusizo:

  • Inqubo:
