Kungaba khona amaqabunga amancane anemibala ensundu ngokumnyama, asonge kancane. Umbala uwonke uyinsundu-nsagolide ngokuthi kukhanye okubomvu. Itiye libukeka limangalisa futhi liwukunethezeka — izimbali ezinkulu zegolide zenza umphumela omkhulu wokubuka.
- Iphunga lamaqabunga omile: Linothile, ligeleza, lifudumele. Kunamakha aqavile wezinyosi, we-malt, wezithelo ezomisiwe (amabhilikosi omisiwe, amapulamu omisiwe, amagrepi omisiwe), wekhehla. - Amavithamini: C (ngokwengxenye), B₁, B₂, B₆, E, K, PP.
- Amaminerali: I-Potassium, i-magnesium, i-manganese, i-fluoride, i-iron, i-zinc, i-selenium. I-ekisiki yamanzi ingu-41–48%.
- Izici ezikhethekile: Ukuba khona kwamaqabunga amancane athambile kunothisa itiye ngama-polyphenol engeziwe namafutha abalulekile, okwenza iphrofayili ye-flavour ibe yinkimbinkimbi kakhulu futhi ibe nobuso obuningi uma kuqhathaniswa ne-Jin Ya enezimbali kuphela.
8. Izakhiwo Ezinzuzisayo:

9. Indlela Yokugxotsha:

10. Ukugcinwa:
