- Izinga 2600 m: Iqabunga liwugqinsi, ama-pectin aphezulu kakhulu. I-infusion inokuthungwa kukasilika, inothi eliqavile lomhlanga ohlaza. Ibiza kakhulu futhi inqabile.
- Izinga 2300 m: Ubumnandi obufana noju bubusa kuphrofayili. Umbala we-infusion — oluhlaza okafana noju ngokukhanya okusagolide. Ifinyeleleka ngandlela thize, kodwa futhi ingeqembu letiye le-ultra-premium.
- Izinga 2200 m: Ukunambitheka kuhlanzekile futhi kumnandi, kodwa “umculo wezintaba” awugqame kangako.
- Ngokwegreyidi:
- I-Tèjí (特級): Itiye lasebusika elivela endaweni ephakeme 2600 m. Izinga “ihlumela + amaqabunga amabili” ≥ 95%. Izinhlamvu zinesisindo, ziluhlaza okhanyayo, zinamafutha. Iphunga elingenayo “elibandayo lamaminerali”. Ukuhlala isikhathi eside lapho kuphiswa — ukuphuza okuyi-8 noma ngaphezulu.
- Igreydi Yokuqala (一級): Ingxube yokuvunwa okuvela ezindaweni eziphakeme 2300–2500 m. Ukusontwa kuminyene, iphunga lezimbali nezithelo, lihle. Ukuhlala isikhathi eside — ukuphuza okuyi-8 noma ngaphezulu.
- Igreydi Yesibili (二級): Izivande endaweni ephakeme 2200 m. Ukunambitheka kuhlanzekile, kodwa “umculo wezintaba” uncishisiwe ngandlela thize.
Ekuphetheni:
I-Da Yu Ling — itiye elizalwe emkhawulweni wamandla esihlahla setiye. Amakhaza, inkungu, iqhwa kanye ne-ultraviolet kwakha iqabunga lapho kugxile khona ubumnandi, amaminerali kanye nokujula kwephunga elimnandi, okungenakufinyeleleka kumatiye aphuma ezindaweni eziphakeme ezingabibunzima kangako. Ukuphuza ngakunye kuwuhambo: kusukela “ekuphefumuleni” kokuqala kwe-orchid kuya ekugcineni komsindo wamaminerali, okuhlala isikhathi eside emphinjeni ngemva kokugwinya kokugcina.
I-Da Yu Ling ayikuthandi ukujaha. Leli tiye livuleka kangcono ekuthuleni, ngendlela ye-gongfu cha engasheshi, uma kunesikhathi nokunaka kuyo yonke imininingwane.
