- Iphunga leqabunga elomile: Linothile kakhulu, linezici eziningi, linamaphuzu agqamile “omlilo” (ukugazingwa), okhuni, okwezipayisi, okukashokoledi, okwe-caramel, okwezithelo (izithelo ezomisiwe) nezimbali. Kukhona nephunga layo eliyisici “laseweni” (“yányùn”).
- Iphunga lokungene: Lijulile, liyagubuzela, linamaphuzu ahamba phambili okugazingwa, izithelo ezomisiwe, ushokoledi, i-caramel, izipayisi, kanye namaphuzu ezimbali nawaminerali.
- Ukunambitheka: Kunothile kakhulu, kugcwele, kuminyene, kunamafutha, kunokuncipha okuncane nobumuncu obuhloniphekile obuphenduka ngokushesha ukunambitheka okuhlala isikhathi eside, okumnandi. Kuqoqweni kukhona amaphuzu “omlilo” (ukugazingwa), okhuni, okwezipayisi, okukashokoledi, okwe-caramel, okwezithelo (i-prune, i-apricot eyomisiwe, amagilebhisi omisiwe), amantongomane, izimbali kanye namaphuzu amaminerali (“asemaweni”). Ukunambitheka kwe-Dà Hóng Páo kuvame ukuchazwa ngokuthi “njenge-velvet”, “okunentuthu”, “okunomlilo”.
- Umbala wokungene: Kusukela ku-amber omnyama kuya konsundu ngokubomvu, okwe-cognac, kusobala, kuhlanzekile, kunokucwazimula okunamafutha.
- Indawo yetiye (iqabunga elisebenza): Amaqabunga aphelele, aminene, aqinile anombala onsundu ngokumnyama nokubomvana, ayavuleka ngesikhathi sokusebenzisa.
7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:
I-Dà Hóng Páo, njengamanye ama-oolong, icebile:
- Ama-polyphenols: Okuphakeme kwama-polyphenols, kuhlanganisa ama-catechins nama-theaflavins, nama-thearubigins.

9. Ukusebenzisa:

9. Ukusebenzisa (kuyaqhubeka):

10. Ukugcinwa:
