7. Ukwakheka Kwamakhemikhali:

  • Ama-Amino Acid: “Amandla amakhulu” e-Huángjīnchá. 9. Ukuphisa:

11. Intengo Nezinto Zomgunyathi:

  • Isigaba sentengo: I-Bǎojìng huáng jīn hóngchá — umkhiqizo wesifunda osezingeni eliphezulu. Intengo inqunywa izinga lokuvuna (amaqoqo anama-tip — abiza kakhulu), inkathi (izinto ezingavuthiwe zasentwasahlobo zokuqala zibekwa phezulu kunakho konke), umthombo (izihlahla zakudala uma ziqhathaniswa namasimu amancane) kanye nokuba khona kwezitifiketi zemiklomelo.   • Húnán Hóng Chá (湖南红茶, isigaba esijwayelekile): Umkhiqizo wesambulela ohlanganisa amatiye abomvu esifundazwe sase-Húnán, okuhlanganisa ne-hú hóng (湖红, Hú Hóng). Ama-húnán hóngchá endabuko enziwe ngezinhlobo ezijwayelekile futhi anephrofayili elinganayo, “yezimboni”.   • Diān Hóng (滇红, Diān Hóng): Itiye elibomvu lase-Yúnnán elivela ohlotsheni olukhulu lwamaqabunga e-assamica. I-Diān Hóng — inamandla, inomzimba ophelele, inamanothi aphawulekayo kashokoledi, upelepele kanye ne-musk. I-Huáng Jīn Hóng Chá — ithambe, imnandi, inephrofayili yephunga elicashile kakhulu futhi inokuqukethwe okuphakeme kakhulu kwama-amino acid.

  • Jīn Jùn Méi (金骏眉, Jīn Jùn Méi): Itiye elibomvu elisezingeni eliphezulu elivela e-Wǔyíshān (Fújiàn), elenziwe ngemiqumbe yezihlahla zetiye zasendle kuphela. Womabili amatiye — anama-tip, anobisi nobumnandi, anokuphisa okusagolide. Umehluko — use-terroir: i-Jīn Jùn Méi inamanothi amaminerali “amatshe” ase-Wǔyí, i-Huáng Jīn Hóng Chá — ukujula kwezithelo kanye nobumnandi “begolide” okuyisici sase-Xiāngxī.
