Isisekelo setiye (itiye elibomvu elivela ezintweni ezinkulu zamaqabunga ase-Hainan):

  • Ama-polyphenol: 18–25 % (aphezulu kunesilinganiso samatiye abomvu ngenxa yezinto ezinkulu zamaqabunga). Kunemikhiqizo yokuxutshwa okubusayo: ama-theaflavin, ama-thearubigin.

9. Ukuhlunga:

  • Ubushisa bamanzi: 90–95 °C.
  • Inani letiye: 4–5 g ku-120–150 ml (indlela ye-gongfu); 3–4 g ku-250–300 ml (indlela yaseYurophu noma ukuhlunga ngenkomishi yokuphuza nsuku zonke).
  • Izitsha: I-teapot ye-porcelain noma i-gaiwan (盖碗) — ukuhlunga okushisayo; i-teapot yengilazi — ukuze ujabulele ukwehluka kombala kwetiye ne-pandan; etiyeni elibandayo — i-graphin yengilazi eneqhwa.
  • Inqubo (ukuhlunga okushisayo):
    1. Fudumeza izitsha ngamanzi abilayo.
    2. Thela itiye.
    3. Ukutheleka kokuqala: imizuzwana engu-15–20 (izingxenye zephunga le-pandan zivuleka kancane kunezika-tiye).
    4. Ukutheleka kwesi-2 nese-3: imizuzwana engu-15–25.
    5. Ukutheleka kwesi-4 kuya kwesi-6: yandisa isikhathi ngemizuzwana engu-10–15.
    6. Ngokuvamile ukutheleka okuphelele okungu-5–7.
  • Inqubo (ukuhlunga okubandayo):
    1. Faka 5–7 g wetiye ku-graphin yengilazi (500 ml).

11. Intengo kanye Nemikhiqizo Yomgunyathi:

13. Ukuqhathaniswa namanye amatiye anamakha:

  • I-Xiānglán Chá / Itiye lase-Hainan eline-vanilla (海南香兰茶, Hǎinán Xiānglán Chá): “Isihlobo” esiseduze — itiye elinamakha e-vanilla pods (Vanilla planifolia). Linephunga le-vanilla elijulile, “eli-khekhe”, kanti i-bānlán hóngchá ihluke ngesimo sayo esisha, “esiluhlaza” kanye nesotshani.
  • I-Mòlì Huāchá / Itiye le-jasmine (茉莉花茶, Mòlì Huāchá): Itiye le-classic elinamakha lesiShayina (ngokuvamile esisekelweni esiluhlaza). Indlela yokunikeza amakha etiyeni le-jasmine (窨制, xūn zhì) — ukuyigcina kaningi itiye nezimbali ze-jasmine — ithuthukiswe emakhulwini eminyaka futhi ihlukile ekuhlanganiseni okulula kwe-bānlán hóngchá.   • I-Guìhuā Hóngchá / Itiye elibomvu eline-osmanthus (桂花红茶, Guìhuā Hóngchá): Itiye elibomvu elinamakha nezimbali ze-osmanthus. I-osmanthus inikeza iphunga lezithelo noju, elinamanothi ebhilikosi, kuyilapho i-pandan inikeza umbala ongajwayelekile, “wezindawo ezishisayo”.
  • Itiye lase-Thailand eline-pandan (ชาใบเตย, Cha Bai Toei): Iziphuzo zetiye zase-Thailand ezine-pandan ziyinto evamile ekudleni kwasemgwaqweni e-Bangkok nase-Chiang Mai. Umehluko we-bānlán hóngchá yase-Hainan — ukusetshenziswa kwesisekelo setiye esisezingeni eliphezulu esigabeni se-gongfu esikhundleni se-tiye eliningi kanye nobuchwepheshe obunokucophelela bokunikeza amakha.
